I recently stayed at Raymar and had a very pleasant experience. Traveled solo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, but it had everything necessary for a good start to the day: fresh simit, omelette, a variety of cheeses, veggies, sliced meats, and olives. The ladies serving breakfast were so kind and attentive. The room was clean and cozy. Stuff was coming to clean it every day

Clean & well managed

Was very clean & staff was very nice , bed rooms were very small, bed mattresses were not comfortable, curtains were not properly fitted so that too much sunlight in the room early morning in the room, Air conditioning was not working properly, air flow was very low, but breakfast was excellent

Raymar Hotel is a very nice structure located in a lively central area of the city, full of restaurants and cafes. The personnel is very kind and available and the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, equipped with drinking water, tea set, and bathroom accessories. The breakfast is abundant and good.

It is a minor aspect, because the reception is very welcoming and always available to help, but some more English speaking capability at the counter desk would be appreciated.

Great location-main shopping street and restaurants are just around the corner. Sound insulation was very good, you won’t get disturbed by the noise. I loved the cleanliness everyone 👌 AC worked very well. Room had a mini bar. Facilities were great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and professional 👍

just internet was a bit weak

The location is the best part of this hotel... About a 5 min walk to Kocatepe Mosque, very close to shopping areas and food. We arrived on a weekend night so it was a bit noisy as it is close to places playing loud music. The second night was not noisy at all. The hotel's decor was nice in the reception and the breakfast area. The breakfast was really good with the food being fresh and tasty. Overall a good experience

The room needs some renovating and more comfortable beds. Some staff did not speak English, so it was a bit of a challenge sometimes to communicate.

Perfect location in the centre of Ankara, close to the metro, restaurants and commercial activities. Comfortable , bright and spacious rooms.

Very nice and modern hotel, located in the center of Ankara. Shops museums, parks, everything is within walkable distance. Breakfast was very nice.

Everything was great BUT, despite the fact that Greek citizens can freely travel to Turkey with our national id, my girlfriend has a problem checking in because the reservation system wasn't up to date. Moreover, the owner said to the staff to not allow guests without passport (although my gf did not have any problem at the airport and in the hotel we previously stayed in Istanbul). Luckily for us, the staff were pretty helpful and managed to finally register us without any problems; the management should be better informed when it comes to his country's laws because a lot of European citizens are now travelling to country with their national id instead of passport.

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Located in a good street with access to some great restaurants and within easy walking/taxi access to the main sights of Ankara

The music from the neighbouring restaurant was a little loud but didn't bother us, especially as it was just before new year.

Location is in the middle of food-rich area. It's very busy place, but the good way. Room size was very good, and the sofa turns into a full bed.

Breakfast is very basic. It's only to avoid starving, but not to enjoy a breakfast. Also breakfast location is underground and you feel like in a no light basement.

We loved the location with all the restaurants and shops close by.

The Internet was very, very slow. We didn’t like the loud disco music every night we stayed. Not sure from where it came as buildings are very close together. We couldn’t sleep until it all stopped early hours of the morning.
