The whole team was very friendly. A special mention for Tamila,Pelin,Metman,Erhan of the Front Desk; Selim from the Bar,The girl ( forgot her name) from the Coffee kiosk,the staffs from the restaurant, all were really friendly and helpful. There was a young boy of the front desk ( forgot the name again !) Was exceptional. And ,of course,the hotel Manager,Osman looked after me like I was some VIP !!! Everyone made sure that I was well looked after from arranging for my trips to organising packed breakfast and lunch on my day trips. Of all my holidays,this is by far the best experience.

Maybe, a little more English speaking staffs. Although,on my stay,I was the only Non-Russian guest,they all tried the best to make me comfortable. I cannot thank enough. I am already to come here next year.

Nice location 350m from the beach, excellent international women staff (can't say the same about local men personnel), good value for money, animators were doing their best (thx)

Furniture, rooms, facilities are little bit tired, food was monotony but good for adults, not many healthy (poridge) choices for children but plenty of desserts

Breakfast was superb, and would highly recommend the omelette. I fact all food was excellent, and the restaurant staff friendly. The facilities in general were excellent, you wanted for nothing. To be honest there wasn't much reason to venture outside the grounds of the complex. Everything you needed was provided, included unlimited beer !

There wasn't much to not like, although if have to be picky the general lack of air-conditioning in the building makes it an oppressively hot place outside of your room, or if you stand in front of one of the mobile AC units. The lifts were like moving sweat boxes ! Rooms were looking a little tired in places, but generally okay. The beds were rock hard and just about bearable. Could use more pillows. Yes the language is primarily Russian, but this wasn't really a problem as my partner is Russian.

Pleasant a d helpfull staff, good communication upon arriving, nice naturę surrounding, reasonable price, very good facilities, TURKEY :)

The hotel had a lot of activities and we found and good deal. When we arrived early, our room was ready as we were tired. The rooms are very clean and there was everything you need. The food and drinks during our whole stay was all inclusive and the food was great. Cannot fault anything at the restaurants as every staff was very hard working and really I really appreciate the service. Special mentioned to Ersan who was stationed at Lunch/Dinner service and Ekrem who was stationed at the snack bar was outstanding and gave a stella service. They anticipated all our needs and always had a smile and willing to help. FLAWLESS. The hotel activities and facilities for my kid was perfect and the 5 mins walk to the beach was very pleasant. If I came to the same area, I would book again but just to let others know the hotel is mostly targeted to serve Russian guest. We were not bothered by this. Location is perfect. It is very green and cosy. The territory is not big enough but it has everything what is needed. The hotel was overcrowded at our stay. We had to hunt down the tables that were inside for lunch and dinner as it was too hot outside. Nevertheless the food was tasty and the staff did their best. People who rest there are mostly from RF, that's why all staff speak mostly Russian and little English. We booked via Booking and got a pleasant surprise- a bottle of wine with Turkish delights. The sea is nice but you need to go there around 10 minutes along the road under trees or take a shuttle. Overall the hotel is nice, especially for this money.

I stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time, and it never disappoints. • The staff: everyone's friendly, hard-working, full of energy and always putting in the effort to make guests happy; • The hotel territory is huge and looks nice. The 5-10 minute walk to the beach is actually a plus, because the road is nice and fully shadowed by pine trees, so it's pleasant even in the heat of the day; • The pool/billiards tables are quite well-maintained, we had a lot of fun playing every day; • Food: once you learn what you like from the assortment, you can guarantee yourself a tasty meal every time; • Coffee: just a piece of advice: get it at the lobby bar instead of the machines at the restaurant; • Decent WiFi, enough for remote work; • Convenient car parking.

• WiFi: while it is fine in rooms, in some of the public areas, such as the restaurant, it's barely working despite good signal strength. • Food: the hotel is definitely making an attempt to make the food varied and not boring – props for that, and some of the dishes are delicious, but you can't help but notice that some "new" dishes are just disguised leftovers from yesterday, and all in all, for every meal you end up having 1-2 good options to choose from; the "sushi" they made was a blatant disrespect for Japanese cuisine • Cocktails at the bar: they only serve sweet stuff like "sex on the beach", it would be great to add more classics such as Negroni, Daiquiri/Gimlet.

Beautiful green area comfortably equipped. The beach is nearby, you can walk or take a shuttle. there is a hotel cafe on the beach where you can eat and drink, a lot of sunbeds. A good tent over all the sunbeds. Nearby, you can buy boat trips and water activities.. We went for a yacht trip and were very pleased. The hotel has a wonderful spa center with friendly and attentive staff. We bought a course of massage and we recommend it if you want to get the most out of your vacation.

I would recommend that the hotel pay attention and have in the cafeterias not only regular milk, but also lactose-free or plant-based milk.

Excellent value for money, staff are amazing. Tamila, a guest relations manager makes this place feel so special, like a second home. There’s plenty of entertainment during the day, animation / shows are great, Arhan and the team are so good. SPA facilities are great, I bought a massage package and was very happy with the results. Definitely going to be back to this hotel

They need to tune their WIFI. Good signal in a room only.
