Love the location of the hotel, which faces the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning and enjoy the view of the ocean from the hotel balcony.

We paid more for the room with the private jacuzzi which overlooks the ocean. When we wanted to use the jacuzzi, dirty water with brown substance came out. This made the room smell like sewer water, which was very unpleasant. I’d recommend getting a normal room as the jacuzzi is not clean and cannot be used.

The young mens at the reception are extremely professional, with excellent communication skills they are truly a pride of Turkey, and it shows that the future of tourism in this country is in good hands. The housekeeping ladies are also very professional, attentive, and always listening to guests' needs. The hotel is perfectly located: the beach is just one minute away on foot, with plenty of 24/7 markets and many restaurants nearby (although note that the best ones usually require a reservation).

One small remark about the breakfast restaurant: in 2025, fresh orange juice has become a standard and is offered free of charge in most hotels. It's a bit disappointing that here it comes with an extra cost.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and there was a decent variety of things with complimentary tea, coffee and water. The breakfast was served till 11 as well. The rooms were clean and there were a lot of toiletries provided every day. The shower was good and a decent size also. The hairdryer in the room was really powerful. The ac was fantastic. The spa was nice and staff were friendly there. The location was not so close to the town centre however it was beachfront and there are a lot of food places and shops close by.

The drinks at breakfast were not complimentary except for tea coffee and water, any other juices or anything you had to pay for. The locations was not so close to the centre and we had to get a taxi which was a 15 minute ride or sometimes more due to traffic. The beach that was across the hotel was a public beach and would be very packed out with people but this could also be because it was august time when we went.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to have access to the beach right away. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shops within just a few steps. Despite being in such a good location, there are no noise disturbances from the surroundings. It is not near the city centre. But for us it was not a problem, we are really active and we enjoyed walking 5 kms every day to get there. We would take a taxi to get back to the hotel, which is usually around 8 or 10 euros. The walk from the hotel to the city centre is always by the seaside, with the beach on the right and shops and restaurants on the left. So it is not a boring walk, actually we enjoyed it a lot. It is also a good excuse to stop every now and then and to have some snack, drink or pastry in one of those places by the sea. The staff are very friendly, professional, always on top of what they are doing. The check-in and check-out were ultra fast and super smooth. I would like to point out that as soon as you get to the hotel, you can connect to the WIFI. You don't need to go through the tedious registration process so that you can finally have internet access. The room was clean and tidy. We made a special request prior to our arrival and they totally delivered! The restaurant area is good, it has an indoors area as well as outdoors. I would only suggest rearranging the place where the food is located, because it can be a very bit difficult to navigate when there are many guests and staff at the same time. However, not a big deal. Also, as a gay/LGBT couple we never felt alienated, discriminated. They treated us in the same way they would treat anyone else. The breakfast was varied and different every day, I would only suggest adding tags or labels where you can read what you are eating.

The lift is very slow, and it stops on the way up even if you want to go down, or vice versa. Not a big deal, just take a deep breath and count to 10 before using it. Regarding the breakfast offerings, the hotel provides a good selection of complimentary beverages, including regular tea, coffee, water, and milk. For those who enjoy a wider variety of morning drinks, such as orange juice or Turkish coffee, these are available for a small additional fee. Perhaps they could rethink this approach as orange or apple juice are very standard drinks in hotels worldwide.

When we checked in we worned the staff that on the check out day we need to leave early. At the reseption they promised to make us the breakfast boxes. But actually they never appereared. In the room the some parts were literally falling apart. All the rest was OK.

It says 3 Star on Booking.com but, honestly it's more like 4 Star. All of there stuffs were really nice and respectful. They were always happy to help with anything we needed and engaged with us in a very respectful manner. The room was very good size, very clean and very well decorated. Cleaners were checking up on our room every day and falling up everything. While being very respectful. I got the room that I asked for and even had a balcony with an Amazing view. The location of the hotel couldn't have been any better as it was right opposite the see side, restaurants and 15min drive from city centre. It was an amazing place to stay and value for money. Will defo return there again.

Our floor was sticky for some reason, which was annoying, but they did provide disposable slippers, which really helped.

We booked the Corner Double Room (with a private jacuzzi and balcony) which offered a breathtaking view of the Konyaalti Beach. This was the highlight of our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the breakfast items were fantastic. All in all, it's a great place to crash in if you're staying in Antalya for more than 3 days.

Pearly Hotel is relatively new (at least according to someone at the reception). Like any new establishment, it needs some work. Here are some areas that could be improved: 1. Guests should have a dedicated space for breakfast instead of the Riviera Costa restaurant, which is open to the general public. 2. The breakfast, although delicious, should be served through a better process. It should ideally be served like a buffet -- right now guests need to "order" it in an A la carte style. This sometimes takes long and the items frequently run out. 3. There should be more irons in the hotel.

Location was amazing, clean and staff vey helpful.

Only one thing it’s really annoyed me, they were changed the air conditioner to heat mode for all rooms which it’s still the weather warm, I couldn’t sleep at night, when I informed the reception, they said we have to change it to heater because the season changed to winter, I just back home yesterday, they suggested to me to open the window during the night which I can’t because noice outside, they should leave as it is, and depend to the guest if would like heat or cold, when I booked I read the hotel air condition, it’s really disappointed ☹️

The location is excellent. It is within few meters from the beach. The housekeeping is excellent.

The resturant coffee cups need to be well-cleaned . The staff need to be well supervised and directed to clean the crowded tables without being asked. You need someone to communicate with who understands an international language such as English.The washing basin in the toilet room needs shelves to put personal stuff such shaving materisl and tooth paste.

The location is great, even the standard rooms have sea view. Just couple of minutes from the hotel to the sea. The spa center is great, there are free visits to hamam and sauna, and massage for extra cost. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good.

The food is a little monotonous, agree several days you are getting tired of the choice. The service in the restaurant is slow. Cleaning service at least at the 8th floor happens late, already after lunch time
