Large clean rooms, location is great, easy access to Bodrum centre by water taxi for €3 or an uninspiring 20 min walk. As small as it was, the beach was also nice. Everything was included, plenty of options during the day. The beach bar was particularly popular and for good reason. Food was fresh and drinks generous. A much better alternative to main restaurant for lunch. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Buffet lunch and dinner were only okay. Nothing special. Lots of stews. We were a couple and were given a triple room, quite crowded with beds and other furniture. I suspect some of the other rooms were recently renovated but our was quite tired looking. Overall the hotel is more of a 4* rather than 5*.

a great and long schedule for breakfast lunch, in between lunch and dinner snacks, dinner and a big variety of local drinks for free. Basically you shouldn't worry you would be hungry or thirsty even if you over slept or skipped some of the meals

they can improve the quality of food, although some things were great. there were some with a need of improvment and fresher fruits or healthier choices for the main course

We had a 6 days stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk (15 min) to the city center and right on the beachfront. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the entire property was very clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the wide variety of food and alcoholic drinks available, all of which were of great quality. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price.

This is not a very international hotel. Most of the live evening music and entertainment were in Turkish, and only a few staff members spoke English. That said, one of the staff, Pari, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our experience. The main dishes had only a small variety and could be improved. If you are a group of young friends looking to party and stay out until midnight or later, this hotel might not be the best choice, as the atmosphere is more quiet and laid-back.

Loved everything about the hotel, location, close promxity to the city centre, water taxi access. Easy access to water sports. Private Beach, which was clean and spacious. I booked Azka Hotel's deluxe apartment. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The decor was not like a hotel room but was good.

I would have preferred a family suite inside the hotel rather than an apartment which is an outbuilding you the hotel.

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, but what stood out most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. Every employee I encountered was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and professional. Their hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable.

There was really nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. However, I would suggest offering a wider variety of traditional Turkish dishes in the all-inclusive buffet. I noticed the food leaned more toward Western-style options. I would have loved to see more Turkish favorites like dolma,, Adana kebab, and lamb dishes included.

The all inclusive concept is great. The Pools and Beaches are excellent as well as the kids facilities. The gym was excellent but only opened at 9 and closed at 9.

The property feels old. My room had a door that could not lock. When I checked in, there was no soap or shampoo and the kids room had a billiards table that only had 3 balls, a table tennis set with worn out bats and board games without a Dice. The indoor pool requires a swimming cap, so nobody uses it because nobody knew they required a swimming cap. Quite a waste to be honest.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

There were not enough staff and those present seemed very inexperienced and often didn't seem to know what they were doing. Despite the hotel not being at capacity there was often a shortage of drinks, orange juice etc. Staff were unsure on how to process orders, struggled with simple orders for cocktails etc. On occasions had to chase up food orders. This didn't spoil the holiday but did sometime make it frustrating.

It was a compact hotel, easy to move around, in the hot weather. Great location, it had a spectacular views on the bardakçı bay. Stayed in the apartments, it was very good size, very good air conditioning. Quiet, clean. Though it may be not suitable for those with mobility issues. Food variety and quality were very good every meal. Breakfast was great. Deserts were also good, every meal there was baklava and borek varieties. Although last couple of days of our stay, hotel became full and food options were running out, I suppose they can easily adjust to this. Staff were in general very good, special thanks to Halime serving at the restaurant who was always smiling, helpful and efficient. Beach was great, it was sandy and water was very clean though a bit cold but I understand this is the case for Bodrum sea. It had a decent size pool but not much used as most people were using the beach. Internet was good. Gym was great, good range of equipment and great air conditioning. Sea taxi takes 5 minutes to reach Bodrum centre.

Entertainment was low key. We didn’t mind it as we like quietness. Evening entertainment can improve. For example dance show performed on the floor as there was no stage for them to perform on, it was underwhelming didn’t capture any imagination. They didn’t arrange to show euros final for example, it could have been great to create an atmosphere.

We stayed out of season, so lovely, quiet and empty. We had the indoor pool and sauna mostly to ourselves. Sadly the beach was filthy but the clean up started during our stay. The staff were excellent and always helpful, though we had no Turkish and only a few spoke English. We had an apartment with a kitchen, but no equipment. We hadn’t realised the hotel doesn’t allow food bought outside the hotel, even water. We didn’t like that policy. However breakfast was included and excellent!

It was the perfect resort with both pool and beach access. The beach was beautiful and clean water. We had an all inclusive package so buffet food and all drinks , including alcohol was included that was great value .

Our room was right above where the band, music were playing for the three nights that we were there until 11.30pm. It was very loud and noisy. We asked to move rooms but they told us the rooms were booked out.
