The hotel is amazing. We had a sea view room in the main (biggest) building and everything was great. The room was nice and modern, with lots of storage room (even better than the photos on Booking), very clean (big thanks to the man who was cleaning on the 5th floor. He was always friendly and doing his job good, even leaving some designs with towels and flowers on the bed. Even on the days when we did not wanted to clean our room he was asking if we would need anything). Food was good and diverse. For breakfast, lunch and dinner were lots of options. Different warm foods, street food, salads, meze, fruits, deserts. Something for everyone. Even a picky eater would find something to eat. Even snacks at some of the bars. Close to many shops, bars and restaurants.

The Standard sea view rooms are close to the activity pool and the music there is loud all day long. For us it was not a problem, because we were not in the room almost at all during the day, but for families with small kids who need to take day naps, it might be an issue, so maybe the Relaxed rooms would be better and more quiet. Also, the hotel being close to many bars and clubs, was quite noisy until 3-4 in the morning. But from the 2nd night this did not bothered us anymore, we got used with it. The room and especially the bathroom are a bit small.

We visited with our four children and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Before our trip, we read some reviews saying the food wasn’t great—but we were pleasantly surprised! There was plenty of variety, especially during snack times, with four different areas to choose from. The managers were always present, regularly checking in to see if everything was going well and whether guests needed anything. Manager Hasan was especially helpful in assisting us with restaurant arrangements, and Chef Halil was attentive, making sure food quality and service remained high. At reception, Ali was very helpful in arranging a suitable room for us, as we were traveling with four children and needed everything to be just right. Location was great in terms of getting to locals. The pool areas and bars are nice clean. And for the beach to be a step away from the hotel was a bonus!! Lastly, the animation team was brilliant—so engaging and child-friendly. This is a fantastic family-friendly hotel, and we would highly recommend it. The courteous staff . Beautiful views . Amazing food choice . A choice of pool areas was a big bonus . Great tunes around the marine bar pool and peace over the other side . Totally relaxed . Booking again for next year.

2 evenings of amazing dancers put on a show but the other evenings weren't very organised . Bingo night the lights went down on the amphitheater so nobody could see their card and the quiz night just didn't happen . So nightly entertainment could be improved and more table and chairs for people at the Marine bar in the evening .

The staff was amazing. Special thanks to the animation team, Ozzy, Emre and Kubra. You guys made the stay even better than we hoped. The food was varied and tasty. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. Facilities were great although we didn't even have time to use the turkish bath, gym and some other facilities as we were having too much fun at the beach and the pool. Hope to come back some day!

An exceptional experience at this hotel. Perfectly situated with stunning sea views, the location couldn’t be better. The staff are incredibly friendly, making us feel truly at home. The food is delicious,adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Ismail Bey, for ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. Just wish it had a shuttle service but it was great overall

there should be Turkish music playing at the restaurant and pool area. there was no music. there was tourists who brought their speakers and played their own music which was not nice as we did not want to listen to that music. if the hotel plays pop Turkish music this will advertise the music and also make it more entertaining.

Everything was great

One of the head waiters named Olash, he was very rude and greedy, he was hospitalizing clients in the ottoman & Italian restaurants based on paid tips good places are given to whom will pay him tips only, I reported to the management and I hope they will take action against him

Very friendly staff, good amenities and being if I’m view! The Turkish and Seafood restaurant was really good as well as the 6th floor restaurant
