Everything about the hotel including the front desk, room service and breakfast staff was great. The detox cold water in the front of the restaurant was a nice touch specially in the hot weather.

The Turkish Hamam staff seemed confused and not so helpful. I had to wait for service even after I made an appointment and was told to come down.. Then when my turn supposedly came the lady who worked in the hamam left. That was extremely waste of my time and disappointing. Another area the hotel may want to consider fixing is the cleaning staff needs to make sure to not just take the dirt coffee mugs but to leave clean mugs and re-stock the coffee and tea bags, creamer and sugar after cleaning. I had to request these several times through out my stay. The only other thing is the location being a bit far from famous sites as Haga Sophia mosque as taxis cost a lot.

We had a wonderful stay, and what made it truly special was the outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to TOLGA-he was exceptionally helpful and made us feel very welcome. His attention to detail and warm attitude really stood up. We are very grateful and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended!

The staff had a good attitude. Early check-in time was great. I had booked three rooms and requested that the rooms be close to each other, which was done. The extra bed was ready quickly. Parking security was acceptable.

The Wi-Fi speed was really low and did not have the required quality at all. During the daily cleaning, they mistakenly took the medicine pill from the room. The extra blankets they brought were dirty and stained.

Great staff, nice hotel,nice beds

i was there couple times and the rooms was mising a cup for coffee and coffee corner wasn't refresh it was missing things,after I call they send me guy with the cup and I asked for other things,this guy said Ok but never come.Also room on one eye was clean but there was a lot of women hair so I think the House keeper didn't make the job correctly.Supervisor need tho chek quality skills on this house keeper room number 1429( thats why we didn't left any tips Sorry!)

Location good for business. Peaceful area. Rooms have balconies is the plus point

Had a great stay at this hotel! Everything went smoothly, from early check-in to late check-out. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to the receptionist, Samet, for his excellent service—he was professional, friendly, and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Restaurant was good and food as well. Spa center is correct ( it includes sauna,swimming pool ,Turkish bath ...)

Beakfast is expensive. If you pay at the property,they charge 27e per person. We stayed for 3nights . One of this days they just skip to clean our room .

The hotel in general is satisfactory and its facilities are quite good. The night shift manager was a courteous and helpful man, he is serving the guests as best he could. There is a person named Zakaria who is also a good person too.

Getting to the hotel from the main street is not easy There is no toilet hand sprayer The shower area in the family corner rooms does not hold water in, the water was going out to the outside handwasher.

Absolut amazing. Very comfortable beds. Even in summer season a real blanket. silent. modern. for sure I will come back next time I am in Istanbul

Staff are very friendly , Incie one of the staff was very kind, she charges me when I arrived but suddenly she found that Booking.com they already charges me so she called me to inform me and to refund the amount charged by her.
