A Memorable Family Stay at Hilton Istanbul Maslak We had an amazing time during our stay at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, and the live harp music every morning created a wonderfully serene and elegant atmosphere – a truly unique touch that made breakfast a special part of our day. Our room was spacious and perfect for a family of four, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. The daily cleaning service was outstanding; it felt like magic how the staff managed to transform the chaos of our room into perfect order every day. A particularly charming detail was the way they placed my daughter’s teddy cat in the middle of her bed each day – a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we all appreciated. The swimming facilities were also excellent, and we enjoyed using them as a family. However, we did notice that the cleaning staff in the pool area were not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff, which was a small inconsistency in an otherwise perfect stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak and would highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

It was my third stay at this Hotel and that says it all. Everything was satisfactory. All hotel staff were super kind and helpful; the requests were promptly met; the room was clean and quiet; the gym was well equipped; the pool was clean and not crowded at all; the common areas were clean and beautifully designed; I really enjoyed the aroma sprayed in the lobby; the breakfast area was clean with super attentive workers; the breakfast variety was good enough (maybe a few more options could be added but still was satisfactory and delicious). All in all, everything went well. Thank you Hotel Hilton Istanbul Maslak. We enjoyed every minute of our stay 💕

The male worker in the spa/swimming pool area was not that ok. Making comments about my kids making to much sound and rushing that the spa was closing. He should be more distant and formal. Is trying to make some extra side money by selling soap of his own. First did not get it but later I figured out. I was asking to get soap for the hamam. He also wanted to sell me his purple was cloth for 100 ytl more. ı dont think hilton sells haci sakir type of block soep for 100ytl and wascloth for 100ytl. But everything else was good. So I give it still a 10+ Thank you. Teşekkürler.

The hotel breakfast is superb, with the greatest variety of food - including nice Turkish dishes - and almost one hundred food options. I loved it, it is tops. The staff is very attentive; they pay attention to your needs. Very good Hotel catering for meetings - like the Conference I attended - served fantastic, delicious lunches prepared by the Hotel Chef. Line 2 Metro stop is within walking distance, and it is very convenient to ride to the older and must-see historic parts of Istanbul. Enjoy the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, which is full of attractions and food options.

It is a rather pricy hotel. The location is in the business and modern district of Maslak, distant from the Sulthanmet historic Istanbul.

Excellent hotel! Very polite and smiling staff who take care of every guest. Delicious breakfasts with a choice of dishes for every taste. Beautiful interior. I was recovering from surgery and was in the room almost all the time. My reservation was 9 nights. It was very comfortable and cozy, I never regretted staying there.

The only small negative for the entire stay was that the room service forgot about my order for 2 hours (and they usually brought it in 20 minutes!). I was really very hungry and was not able to go to a restaurant to eat. But such things happen, you just need to call to remind them in half an hour, and not wait like me for 2 hours :-)

Was spacious, just clean, comfortable the stuff at the front desk was very nice and understandable specially, the one who welcomed us at the first time when I registered I didn’t remember his name. He was very nice.

The treatment in the restaurant in the breakfast of some of the worker, there wasn’t professional they moved my table to another place to satisfy another customer without my notice, and that unacceptable for respectable hotel like Hilton hotel. I spoke to the manager he said he understand that And he is sorry for that

The rooms are spacious and clean. It is couple of minutes walk to the metro station and only 35 minutes from the airport. Staff were nice.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Pastries were soggy, coffee was bad and for a five star hotel the variety was very poor considering the price they are charging. After day one we decided to have breakfast outside which is not ideal.

The variety and options on offer at breakfast was great. The staff were extremely attentive. The front desk arranged for an adapter for my laptop and phone then put it in my room and set everything up so when I got in I could just get going. They also organised to fix a button that was coming off my jacket and placed it in my room. Attention to detail was commendable. Nothing was too much trouble!

While the hotel was well located in the finance district, there were not restaurants or other forms of entertainment (coffee shops etc) in the area to easily access after hours. Not the hotels fault. Just how it is.

The treatment of a receptionist at the checkout is not appropriate for the Hilton brand and is not appropriate for a 5-star hotel - I asked the employee, I called from the room several times because I am on the phone because I want to request a trolley .. No one answers the call from the room, he replies with the word I am busy!!! Also without an apology!!! I have the name of the employee, but I do not want to mention his name

The breakfast was excellent! There was nothing missing, the variation of food was over our expectations. I would like to thank specially to the staff. They are all top professionals. I would like to thank specially to the manager of laundry services. I had steamer for my veil (we had our wedding in Istanbul:) ) but it was not strong enough. I was in panic and I did not know how to solve this issue before my wedding and asked for help to the reception. They were very attentive and sent the manager of laundry department to our room for guidance. He took my veil, by mentioning that their steamer is much stronger. In few minutes he brought back my veil as in perfect condition , with no wrinkles! Thank you all for this kind, friendly and very helpful attitude. It is very much appreciated.
