Quite luxurious apartment for a relatively low price. Very comfortable.

When I arrived I was requested a deposit in case of expenses for extra services (about 50€, returned in turkish liras). Among receptionists, only a few were able to understand english. In one occasion, I was forced to give up with my question due to communication difficulties. From my room's window cold air was leaking in at night.

The service, cleanliness, and reception staff were helpful

Ice and water are not free and There is a dog in the area that starts barking at night and it is annoying

The staff was really friendly and welcome. Emran always welcome us with a smile and help us during our stay.

Good location and view from the balcony. All comfortable in the room, plus the kitchen.

Excellent facilities. They upgraded our room for free to a two bedroom comfortable appartment. Nice clean and large pool. Well equiped and sunny gym. Well equiped room with large balcony and fully equiped kichen. Mini bus to the metro station (public transportation).

We had to pay a deposit of 6000TRL which was not returned when we left the hotel!!! They told us it will be refunded in 10 working days! In fact they would refund it to another unknown to us card that was not our card which was used to take the deposit! Fortunately we realized it and asked them to return it to the right card. This mitake they made was a big disappointment for us and we did not expect it!! Also we had asked for a room at a high floor but they put us in the 6th floor which is below the reception level!

Hotel is located in very classy neighborhood surrounded with various restaurants and moderns cafes . It’s perfect for whom looking for modern life style away from center of town. Perfect for families but it might not suite people whom visit Istanbul for first time and want to be near of tourist attractions . For me it not make in issue since I’m frequent travel to Istanbul .

Since my stay was in April , Ac cooling system is not working as per hotel system policy . Heat system was working only as they consider this time still as winter . but it was quite good as weather was fine . Personally I prefer to sleep in cold room. To overcome this Hotel was kind enough to open windows locker to get cold air flowing to the room

I find Somerset Maslak Istanbul Hotel very good. This hotel has comfortable aparts rooms including extra kitchen and wash machines. The rooms are really same as shown in their pictures. You feel like at home in this hotel. We were really happy during our stay. I can recommend highly this hotel to everyone. The hotel team are also very polite and very helpful all the time whenever we need something. Especially our big thanks goes to their reception worker Mr. Emrah :) he was really helpful for our questions. Thanks a lot for it! Also near this hotel, there are good cafes and good restaurants which are very close to this hotel. In summary, we find this hotel very good and can suggest to everyone.

Samerset located at one of comfy zone that including cafes and different restaurants cuisines, Turkey, Italy, American, with calm aria not so traffic, especially with Forests view. id love to thank all of SamerSet teem starting from Ms. Şebnem passing with Burak and all housekeeping team memmber also parking security they made my vacation and added more value to me by trite me so kind, also there is one Arab guy I’ve forgot his name, i really appreciate all there help with quick response

i saied god bye to my lovley city, i alowys have to carry my nice moments with me from istanbul, and hotel, hopefully return back soon. yes i forgot one Turkish guy he helped my te recharge the rent car in Istinya Park.

Staff are very friendly , all of them were helpful and excellent.

This was the seven time I stayed in the same property since 5 years and am not thinking to replace it way forward , so far , the furniture need to be replaced also the bathrooms were in bad situation , Shower place was broken . In general such a good place need to be refurbish within fixed timeline in order not lose its value.
