Location of the hotel is remot.....also the beach is not easy to access... you need hotel buggy to take you to the beach. wich isn't really comfortable.

Breakfast was great, the staff and the property are all great. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The private beach is easily accessible.

Hot water pool facilities were closed as it was the shoulder season and there was maintenance in some parts of the Hotel when we visited during end of March-beginning of April. We just had a small incident where a less-expensive jewellery item went missing from our room, we reported this to the Hotel however they were not able to find it. Other than that I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Absolutely Stunning Hotel!! Very helpful staff, and the Kempinski app is an excellent tool for communication. The beachfront is wonderful, and the Barbaros restaurant next to the beach has an amazing view and tasty food. Sinem, Lady in Red, was amazing during our check-in and out. Definitely, I will stay in Kempinski if I visit Bodrum again.

Gate to Heaven This is “The place to be in Bodrum”! I had been to this resort in July 2023 and left a review on Tripadvisor.com in Turkish "Mükemmel - Profesyonellik, kalite ve hizmet örneği” (“Excellent - An example of professionalism, quality and service”) which still reflects all its positive points today. For this reason, I invite you to read it, to discover all its particularities. My previous suggestions for improvements have been largely followed with excellent results. The structure is very large, surrounded by greenery, some areas are isolated and discreet for those who want more tranquillity and privacy. Even in the most challenging and demanding moments, the whole staff always is ready to support you for an exciting and unique experience. This year the Italian restaurant Mammadrau was open and the experience was amazing. I suggest you taking the “all-inclusive” formula because the restaurants are “à la carte” and all the proposals are exceptional … it is impossible to resist the temptation; the prices are in line with those in Europe but the quality is really high. On the beach you can conveniently order drinks and meals (customizable) through a “QR code” positioned on the umbrellas. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Guest Experience Manager Mevlut, his Lady in Red and the Concierge team. Mr. Mevlut is good at anticipating our needs and quickly solving problems as they arise. The Lady in Red team added a personal touch to our experience. The Concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to their hard work, our stay was truly memorable. If you need an energy boost, turn to Mr. Savas, the restaurants manager, a real gem, a concentrate of sympathy and vitality, fast, perfect, always available, the definition of problem solver. I must compliment the General Manager, Mr. Serkan Husunbeyi, who, with great discretion, humility and friendliness, is always present in the hotel.

Super location if you want to stay in the hotel and enjoy your quiet holidays. Everything is available at the hotel. Cristal clear water with a sun deck and a beach, nice swimming pool, overall a perfect hotel.

Food, ALL restaurants are not perse very bad but more that there is a bad service, everyone waited too long for their food but most of all the orders which were placed were just forgotten. I also think that this is a “Turkish men problem” too much ego from managers, walking behind the not very well trained staff, there is where the things go wrong, poor students are scared and obviously make mistakes, this is from my observation what is happening over there in the restaurants.

The beach is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and relaxing. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop for a perfect holiday. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and provide all the modern amenities you could need. The hotel premises are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and elegant architecture that create a serene and luxurious atmosphere.

The service in the restaurants needs significant improvement to fulfill the 5-star hotel standard. The beach service was also lacking, which was disappointing for such a high-end resort. Additionally, many of the employees struggled with English, making communication difficult at times. This is an area that definitely needs attention to ensure a seamless experience for international guests. Overall, while the natural beauty and facilities of the hotel are exceptional, the service standards need to be elevated to match the expectations of a 5-star luxury hotel.

Fantastic stay - truly a beautiful paradise in Bodrum. The hotel room was very nice with a great view over the ocean and of the flowers. Staff organised a lovely surprise birthday cake and the room was decorated with the loveliest balloons. Very nature oriented with a lot of pathways by the beach, to the port etc, which are stunning. Lovely pool area as well. The staff is really what makes the hotel so fantastic, a big shout out to Fevzi who made sure we were treated exceptionally well and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible, a really kind and well educated member of the hotel team who made the stay perfect. Had lovely conversations with him. Also a thank you to Melvut who kept us updated with the great hotel activities such as water sport and offered us some cute souvenirs from the hotel. Really we left with a big smile and understood that we would be back again for a longer trip - also the breakfast staff were lovely, in a particular a girl I met who always asked me how I was doing, with a big smile, and the cleaning staff who kept our rooms so fresh and also in the spa they were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast views were so pretty. Thank you again!
