breakfast was very good and well rounded and well stocked. breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator and microwave were great. plenty of places to put our luggage etc. room was very clean and parking was easy, right in front of our room. this is a (very) pet friendly hotel, and we had requested a room that did not ever allow pets or smoking, and I believe we received that.

front door in room 304 needs work, the key worked, but the door stuck and would not open 50% of the time. it's just a maintenance issue that need to be addressed.

Friendly helpful employees. Clean room, breakfast was fine, w/ many hot choices (the guy cleaning up in breakfast room was great--totally thorough, and friendly). Nice little table in room w/chairs well-placed, plus an armchair on other side.

Queen bed was creaky and wiggly (we were 2 people, chose one bed.) Loud traffic right outside on freeway (though earplugs made this not-a-problem). For such a little town, might have been better located, away from freeway. Cold floors. Pool not heated / open till April, and we weren't told. We paid more here than any other place on our 2-week road trip, but liked most other places better.

Noisy fridge at night (fan shakes) had to switch it off. Nesting swallows around the pool area meant lots of bird droppings so watch your step. Poll had leaves and bugs and could do with a clean . Limited pool seating and other seating so nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening . Spa out of order on our stay.

Great location off of I-10, friendly staff and free breakfast.

The ceiling lamp near the desk in our room was way too low and I hit it a few times when moving around the room, I'm 6'2". The shower had a large crack developing in one corner with separation of the grout seam between ceramic tiles, the crack was about 30 inches long so I mentioned it to the desk staff to help them avoid future water damage.

Breakfast was great, the kids had great fun in the swimming pool; and the staff was amazing, they even opened the swimming pool at 9am instead of 10 upon my kids request.

The fitness center could take a little upgrade but it's not a huge issue, it was a plus anyways.

This is a comfortable hotel right next to the interstate. The room was clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable. It's pet friendly which is important to us. And it provides a decent breakfast included in the price.

We didn't have any negative experiences at this hotel.

The staff was great. Juanita always had the breakfast room clean and food warm and ready, stephanie was very professional and friendly. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will tell friends and family about Benson Quality Inn

Location and breakfast!! Bed and bed linens were good. Towels were clean but I like softer & bigger towels. That may be my problem for not going up a step a step in this hotel system. Basically we truly liked this hotel

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Just a pity that they advertised a swimming pool, but it wasn't open while we were there.

The floor was sticky and the room smelled a bit. It was a smoking room, so some odor was to be expected.
