This was a perfect location for doing things in downtown Mesa, and it was very good value. The room was big and clean, and I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Both worked very well. Breakfast was good and checkin was easy.

I don't really have any negative things to say. I mean, it's not a fancy hotel, but for $61 a night, I wouldn't expect it to be. You can't make a left turn out of the parking lot, which is annoying, but there are a lot of places in the Valley like that.

Clean and neat. Comfortable bed.

We were given a Handicap accessible 1st floor room meant for someone with a wheelchair. The bathroom had a sink without a bathroom counter to place our toiletries. Shower chair for Handicapped person in walk-in shower. Otherwise, it was a clean room.

I loved the price. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the staff was wonderful and professional.

The location is a little bit scary its old Mesa but other than that everything else was good. The breakfast was ok could use a little bit more verity and hot cocoa would be sweet.

My entrance card wasn't working properly, had to go to the office like 4 times, and finally the clerk just use her key to get me inside the room. Whew, it was humid outside. But all was well.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It was a great location. The price was right.

My feet got super dirty from the floor. However, I loved the vinyl flooring over carpet.

The accomodation and friendliness of the staff

Nothing you could control. The area at night was patrolled by individuals who apparently were on drugs

The only thing that needs to change is the breakfast. This hotel is still observing "covid protocol", and only gives a bag breakfast of a jimmy dean sandwich, granola bar, yogurt and a bottle of water. This is not a breakfast for anyone with food sensitivity/allergies.

we thought the location would be good but it was noisy. We enjoyed the bed and the bathroom was handicapped as requested.

Noisy. only 1 handicap room, close to stairs, driveway, street and tram line. Otherwise it would have been great!
