Clean, convenient location, very friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, good firm beds, and good water pressure in shower, and air conditioning was very good.

Air conditioner worked very well but was a bit noisy. I visited a Quality Inn in the past and the breakfast had much more of a variety. Including fresh scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, and hot cakes.

This was a perfect location for doing things in downtown Mesa, and it was very good value. The room was big and clean, and I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Both worked very well. Breakfast was good and checkin was easy.

I don't really have any negative things to say. I mean, it's not a fancy hotel, but for $61 a night, I wouldn't expect it to be. You can't make a left turn out of the parking lot, which is annoying, but there are a lot of places in the Valley like that.

Clean and neat. Comfortable bed.

We were given a Handicap accessible 1st floor room meant for someone with a wheelchair. The bathroom had a sink without a bathroom counter to place our toiletries. Shower chair for Handicapped person in walk-in shower. Otherwise, it was a clean room.

Ok, floors filthy when we got here, outside concrete along the building needs robe mopped daily.

I loved the price. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the staff was wonderful and professional.

The location is a little bit scary its old Mesa but other than that everything else was good. The breakfast was ok could use a little bit more verity and hot cocoa would be sweet.

For the price it was ok. There was no room available downstairs and I am handicapped so it was very difficult to manage the stairs. Only complaint.

Not enough room on the lower levels for handicaps.

From the front desk with the staff to the rooms to the location everything was on point. Sabrina and Erica were amazing,I can't remember the name if the manager but she was amazing as well

My entrance card wasn't working properly, had to go to the office like 4 times, and finally the clerk just use her key to get me inside the room. Whew, it was humid outside. But all was well.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It was a great location. The price was right.

My feet got super dirty from the floor. However, I loved the vinyl flooring over carpet.
