Easy to locate. Was clean and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. The staff we had contact with was nice and helpful.

After getting home realized we had left something. I called and was told they would have to look in the lost and found and would let me know but I didn't hear back from them. Later the next day I called again at this point I was told nothing was found. I called again the next day was told again nothing was found then told to call back on Sunday morning. This time I talked to a lady who took my information said she would check on it and call me back. Just a few minutes later I received a call and she said she found the items and agreed to hold them for me. She wrote my cousin's name on the sack for him to pick them up. She was very nice and did her job well. I felt like I was getting a run around from the other woman.

I had a mix up in my booking and even though I had a long day and was irritated and even took some of my aggravation out on him ,the gentleman was nice enough to refund my money and book it for that night.

Not their fault but the people above me must of had a child and it was late. They called and it stopped for a bit

This Clarion is just off of I40 and I, a light sleeper, didn't have a problem with traffic noise. The rooms have been updated, and they aren't 4-star, but they were clean and neat.

I didn't like all of the empty buildings that were part of this hotel (motel - all rooms are entered from outside) that were yet to be updated - it was kinda' creepy.

The breakfast was in fact, very good. Honestly the best scrambled eggs I've had in a while. The make-your-own waffles were a nice surprise. All the food items were balanced, nothing too salty or too bland. Everything was hot and fresh. Room was clean and AC/Heater worked great.

Affordable, spacious, friendly staff, and clean.

Breakfast was lacking. The kitchen staff only put out 3 muffins at a time, a couple of pieces of toast and bagels. 3 shelves were practically empty. (Most other hotels keep those stocked full of pastries, donuts, nutrigrain bars, and poptarts and full of choices during breakfast hours.)

The rooms and grounds seemed very clean and the room seem like they had been updated not that long ago

The layout of the bathroom was strange with the doorway, closing off to the bedroom area, but then no door in front of the toilet, so somebody couldn’t be in there getting ready because somebody was using the toilet or the shower. I just kind of odd that they put the door where they did and it never it didn’t open fully, which I thought was weird.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub was clogged inside the drain so it backed up some. Other than that everything was clean, quiet even though they were packed for a graduation, and I thought the pillows and bed was comfy.

Having to walk upstairs to my room, I’m 71 years old and I had difficulty doing that next time. I will ask for a down and out.

The pool area is very nice. Could use a little more shade. The breakfast was good.

It was more busy than normal this weekend. We’ve been staying here about twice a year for the last 5 or 6 years and the price was quite a bit more this year than last.

location was excellent for visiting the university. the staff were helpful and polite. while the exterior paint is a bit battered, my room was clean and seemed recently updated. the bed was comfy and the breakfast was fine.

the exterior condition was a bit rough, and the people at the restaurant at night were smoking a lot so it stank outside, but thankfully inside the rooms was fine.
