The suite is super new and spacious. Great shuttle service to the resort and very friendly staff.

We found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom and the sheets weren’t clean enough - I could see others hair which didn’t feel good.

The newly refurbished suites were very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped too. The laundry room was a big plus.

The office hours from 10am - 6pm and the breakfast not available until 8:30 am was very frustrating. These negatives will be remembered. The front office staff should be available for questions, help, etc. by 7am, along with breakfast. Other guests also felt the same way. I don’t know if we’d stay here again. Also, our suite did not have coffee filters and it took me going to the office 3 times in order to get some. Just ridiculous. We and other guests were irritated that the staff did not speak English.

The suite was newly renovated and was spacious. 2 bed rooms, a good size living room, 2 bath rooms with showers and a kitchen kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass top stove. Also a patio with a grill. Bedrooms and living room had ceiling fans. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

I booked the room because it has ev chargers. But the chargers were not working. Also, the facility was still undergoing renovation so there were some other features that weren't available.I will definitely plan on staying there if I get back to steamboat springs when the renovations are done.

Clean and spacious suite that was perfect for our family. The location was within about 5 minutes of everything we wanted to do but also not right on a main road that would typically be noisy. Beautiful place!

The breakfast was overly basic as a grab and go it was still lacking in option—and no healthy options available. It was also not restocked frequently enough, although when we called, it was restocked immediately which was awesome.. just took about 15-20 minutes on the phone. The TVs have an option to mirror play phones but it doesn’t work so that was really annoying the couple times we tried watching TV. Lastly, we did not know about the renovations when we booked the suite so we did not know there was no pool or hot tub until we checked in, that felt a bit deceitful.

Spacious and clean. Was very big inside, honestly, was the size of a whole apartment. The location was great with a grocery store, drug store, coffee shop, and bus stop right there. Outside the look of place does not do it justice. Inside was beautiful, very clean, spacious, bed was so comfortable, and had excellent heating system. Staff was super great and friend, especially the hotel shuttle drivers.

No elevator and No Lobby or Hot Tub (was under construction)

All in all, a great place. Location is central to both the mountain and town, as well as amenities like grocery stores (Safeway across the street) and restaurants as well as the river trail, etc. The unit we were in was clean and felt new, with everything we needed.

The outside of the building is pretty beat down. I'd imagine fixing that is in the plans, but for now it's a pretty dreary place outside. Not really an issue, just cosmetic. The only real issue we faced was the heat. Our unit was on the 3rd (top) floor, so you'd expect it to be a bit warm. But, it was an inferno. We ended up turning off all the thermostats AND running the AC units just to keep the temps manageable. Opened doors when we were there as well, but still the place would get crazy hot. Again, not the end of the world, but I'd worry about what it'd be like on a hot summer day - and also what the electric usage is like if we had to run AC in winter (granted, a warm spell, but only in the upper 40s/low 50s during the day, high 20s at night)!

The front desk person, Jacqueline, was very kind and even accommodated us to have a room on the first floor. To our surprise we received an upgrade at no extra cost just to have a room on the first floor. Thank you so much! Also the room was wonderful; you could basically live here! The living room area and beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the ceiling fans really helped keep the room at a nice temperature.

It would have been nice to have nightstand lamps in the bedrooms. Also, there was some water leaking through the hardwood floors whenever we would walk on them in the kitchen area. We did report this to the front desk and a maintenance person came to check it out. It didn't cause us any problems during our stay, however could turn into a major issue if not addressed soon. The bathroom vent fans were also very loud.

The suite was immaculate. Check-in was easy and quick, though be prepared to put $100 deposit down. The hold on my CC was removed in less than a week so no problem. I would absolutely stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall design is modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well when we needed it--we stayed in late May so it can be hot during the day and cold at night. There's even a mini putt-putt golf course though we didn't get a chance to try it out. They are renovating the whole resort apparently, and we definitely got one of the renovated suites. The location of the resort is great--mountain scenes and walkable to Safeway and some good breakfast places. I look forward to staying here again.

We couldn't figure out how to watch TV, though we aren't exactly technologically gifted. You somehow have to stream from your own device. We were too tired to deal with it.

We loved the value of our stay because during ski season the town of Steamboat is very expensive to stay with a family of 4. Legacy Vacation rental had decent accommodations and a great location. They had shuttles running all day and convenient to all the grocery stores in walking distance to the plaza with restaurants, Walmart, grocery and liquor stores. The staff work very hard to help solve any problems. We needed extra cooking pans (there was only one frying pan) and perhaps a chopping block with standard scissors, knives, would have been helpful, but the front desk clerk lent us her scissors and provided an extra fry pan for our large family. The indoor hot tub was great after a long day! Sidewalks were always cleared of snow and ice which made it easier to load and unload skiis, groceries, etc..

Bottom apartments had thin walls and you could hear everyone walking around above you. Ski boot walking is loud when there's no carpeting to buff the noise. The laundry room on property was good, but dryer vents need to be deep cleaned, because drying a load of laundry could take 2 hours or more, which backed up the other guests trying to use the facility. Knife block in the kitchen with scissors, extra cookware, including a crock pot would have been nice. The dry sauna room needs the door repaired, because at the top, it doesn't fit and all the warm dry air leaks out.

Brand new remodel. Comfy and firm beds. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, and microwave. Really hot hot tub. Sauna, too. Convenient parking and ski shuttle. Beautiful views of Aspens out the back patio. Very friendly staff. We were so at home, we didn’t even go into town! Don’t forget to bring lots of singles to tip the shuttle drivers.

It was very hot initially with the thermostat set at 72. Sometimes the lights and tv would turn on and off on its own to where we wondered if the place was haunted. Lol! The pillows were too firm for my comfort; a variety of thicknesses would be nice. All minor details.
