Great location right near the ski lift. Has a pool. The front desk staff member at check-out was very helpful and knowledgeable about pass information. Also, I had read many of the reviews before booking and could tell that some of the things earlier reviews had complained about had been addressed (like the ac and outlets, for example), which tells me that the management listens to its guests.

Room felt cramped and dark. Layout is a bit odd since it's built on a mountain slope, so multiple floors are partially or beneath ground level, so many rooms will probably not have much of a view, ours didn't but looked out at bushes which is fine for one night. Cute decor, the only issue being that the bedside lights were high up, so you had to get out of bed to turn them out. Restaurant was closed when we were there. Wish they had water bottle filling stations.

The location of the Gravity Haus is hard to beat. It is right at the base of Steamboat mountain so there is easy access to lifts. Parking is convenient as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although I did not eat at the restaurant, the menu looked good.

The hotel room that I was in has definitely seen better days. Considering its location and reputation, I expected a bit more attention to detail (e.g., the base of the bathroom door was ripped/peeling, the caulk around the shower needed to be replaced). There also was a slight sewage smell when I first entered that didn't dissipate, even after opening the window and balcony door. I would stay here again but keep my expectations lower.

Gravity Haus in Steamboat impressed me with its unique blend of adventure and comfort. I loved the emphasis on community, from the welcoming atmosphere in the on-site coffee shop to the organized outdoor excursions. The modern, eco-conscious design created a cozy yet upscale feel, and the access to quality gear rentals and fitness facilities made it easy to fully embrace the Steamboat lifestyle.

When I first arrived we had to wait another hour just to get our room but they comped us a $25 credit and 2 drink tokens (which I later found out they only included draft beer which the staff didn't tell us). They also had 2 people working the desk but the one that wasn't helping anyone failed to acknowledge me multiple times, until I asked if they were able to help. In the early morning you could hear all the skier's boots in the halls through the doors, ceilings, and walls. It was like a natural alarm though. The elevator and stairs were awkwardly placed because it was built on the mountain so it was a bit confusing navigating at first.

White Rabbit restaurant in the facility. Rude staff. Expensive. I can’t remember ever meeting more rude people all in the same facility ever.

The staff and location can't be beat! The rooms were clean and had modern decorative updates. And the public spaces were relaxing and communal. Also--super dog friendly. Lots of happy pups and happy families. I wish more hotels had bunk bed options.

The outdated 1970's building lurked under the surface. It was clear they did cosmetic updates, but not any actual renovations. There weren't enough plugs in the right places and some things felt just a little worn. Also--the toiletries provided were probably the cheapest ones a hotel can source. And to not provide lotion in Colorado with its ultra-dry air is just mean. The crappy toiletries just felt like a strange complement to the nice furnishings and bougie coffee.

Location was great. Was there in the summer time but could tell it was a perfect location for ski season. Having a resturant and coffee shop in the hotel was great but the availability of other food options right there was great as well

Bathroom was a bit small especially if you were there for a week of skiing. Not much storage as well but manageable

Loved everything about the location, the staff, the amenities, and the coffee shop/restaurant. It was truly one stop shopping, we never had to leave beyond skiing! We will be back. Also a great place if you love pups! We were sans dogs, but it made my heart happy to be greeted by Kody and Calvin every day.

Comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub with a bartender serving local brews and cocktails. Can order breakfast and lunch items at front desk. Located near Steamboat gondola, lots of dining choices within waking distance. Quieter than downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Was easy to extend our stay through the front desk.

Parking lot is limited. The exterior paint is peeling in areas. No luggage rack for suitcase. No instructions for TV. We could only get one channel. After trading remotes twice a staff member was sent to do a reset with a series of 4 buttons.

Location, cool 70s / 80s style lodge.

Bathrooms are tiny but it doesn’t matter you are skiing all day.

Super friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, bike shop downstairs had the tools I needed for my bike.

Snack bar was fully stocked, and fridge was full of drinks, but the price list wasn’t put in a way that you know right away it’s not free (which was odd by the amount of snacks, but would have been a pleasant surprise). Fridge handle was broken.
