We got an upgrade on our room, which was really nice. The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans so we were able to do some cooking in the room. There was a super convenient bus service right next to the hotel that took us up to the slopes in the morning.

The hotel is a little bit outdated and could use some new carpeting in the rooms. The breakfast was actually very disappointing. The food was not kept heated well and was not very good.

Undoubtedly, our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. From the check-in to our departure, we experienced nothing short of excellence. The staff, without exception, was extremely friendly and attentive, contributing significantly to our overall satisfaction. The room was more than comfortable, especially considering we were a group of five people. The provided amenities were comprehensive and of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The cleanliness and organization of the facilities also stood out, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment. We loved the room, amenities, and customer service. The breakfast was wonderful, and we loved that they switched it up a bit each day.

If there was more staff at breakfast time to wipe tables and clean floors, that would have made our stay better. Also the free WiFi at only 4Mbps was pretty poor, but I just stayed on my own 5G. Not a big deal! It didn't affect the quality of our stay, but if I'm being honest, the construction workmanship putting our room together was really shoddy- drywall, unlevel shower doors, bathroom door that wouldn't lock as frame was messed up, and vanity handle that kept falling off. But I still give high reviews because we loved this place.

The room although not new I think had been updated and was well maintained. It had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. The bus to the ski slopes was very handy.

It would have been wonderful to have had a modern coffee machine in the room and if the yellowing sockets and switches were replaced ot would make the room look far more up to date.

Room size, facilities and location were fantastic.

At breakfast we were watched very closely by two members of staff, whilst we made our food. It was very off-putting. The jacuzzi was extremely hot (far higher than any of the hot tubs and hot springs we have been in) which meant no one could use it. Then the main pool was a little too cool for everyone but was usable.

Loved the room and how big it was.

The breakfast could have been better for those who don't eat sugar. The chicken sausage was bad and the only alternative was the chorizo sausage. Other than scrambled eggs and apples/oranges, not alot of alternatives for people who don't eat sugar.

The room was clean and very spacious. I stayed here with my mother and my boyfriend and we all had plenty of room. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent.

Nothing I can think of other than a funky little smell in the living room that came and went every now and then.

the Breakfast was good , above average for a Hotel / Motel . The Breakfast area was super clean and the Breakfast staff were excellent and attentive towards all the Guests !

the first 2 night of our stay the mattresses in our room were Hard as a Rock ! Zero sleep and sore in the Morning , we did request to move to another room and the staff members were really nice and Accommodating , the room for our last 2 nights the mattress was way more comfortable but not super nice over the top.

Hilton has these breakfast offerings down to a science. Food just good enough youll eat it coz you're there, mediocre & bland offerings you will not go for seconds. European hospitality food standards should apply to non budget 3*hotels such as this. Step things up, this place shines on all other fronts.

It was a great stay. It was the best experience for me as me and my husband had come for relaxation and we had the best time. Location is perfect and everything is near by.

It would be good if you had Humidifiers and kept some water bottels.
