The room was nice and clean. I think I got a persons with disabilities room since the counters were really low and being 6'4" I had to do some bending over. Bathroom was really small, but had some great water pressure from the shower and the shower head was high enough for me which is a rarity.

The bed was a little hard for my liking but it's a personal preference on that and you can't make everyone happy. By far not the worst I have slept on.

Great value for the price to be able to stay in Steamboat. Great location. I was expecting the usual hotel breakfast of packaged bagels and muffins but they had a nice spread for breakfast here to actually fill up on. Excellent outside area for dogs located right along a small river with a bike path. Close to town. No complaints!

Location. It is located right off a busy road. We were fortunate enough to get a room on the opposite side. Away from the noise. Easy access to downtown and the attractions.

The noise when you went outside would be the only bad thing about this hotel.

The room exceeded our expectations. The Jacuzzi was a nice bonus surprise. The king size bed was great and the breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. Housekeeping was top notch and friendly. All staff were there to serve with a smile. The location is great. Overall experience was superior.

Some of the dishes were not cleaned. One of the front desk attendants was rude and did not answer any of the questions we asked and on top of that was rude to my husband for asking for more towels. The other three front desk attendants we came across though were quite nice.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Staff is also very good under pressure with people not in mentally fit shape. Beautiful location, it's nice being able to stand outside the hotel and watch wildlife and the river.

The room was attractive, clean, quiet, and comfortable with modern fixtures. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. The staff was ready to check me in not long after 2:00pm. They have a laundry room with $1.25 wash and $1.25 dry, less than a laundromat. They sell detergent and make change at the front desk. The free Steamboat bus drops you off and picks you up right outside the hotel.

The hotel is far away from the center of the town, but the free bus runs 3 times an hour and was easy to use. The room was expensive, costing twice as much per night as most other hotels along the Continental Divide Trail, but all hotels in Steamboat are expensive, especially on a weekend.

The room was quiet. The window cooling unit was very quiet. WIFI strong.

The room was expensive. But then all accommodations in Steamboat are expensive. This is a no smoking hotel. But the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Nice and comfortable, great location for skiing at Steamboat, parking lot for shuttle less than mile away. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hot tub jets did not work our second day

The Breakfast was surprisingly good . No milk, the hostess stated more was on the way, it never showed up.

Strange layout to the room . The bathroom door and toilet face the first bed , kinda awkward. These hotels always have a clunky loud seating area with a Television blasting in the background . The room rates a bit over priced , Steamboat is getting way to expensive now .
