The hotel plus it's amenities were all very nice. They had free activities for guests to socialize which was awesome!

The manager Dorathy was rude and unprofessional. I had made my reservation on booking.com and had paid in full but when it came time to check out, I was getting billed for the "city tax" but that was already included in the price I had already paid. I tried to show her my bank statement as well as my reservation to prove to her that I didn't owe anything but she was dismissive and eventually just walked away and left us with the front desk agent. I felt bad for the agent because it felt like his manager had just left him to fend for himself. She came back after we asked the agent to call her back and she came back saying to email her. The issue did not get resolved and we left with a bad experience.

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was lovely and everything was so clean! Our neighbors in the room next to us were having a party at 1:30am, and the front desk staff/ security guard handled it quickly so we could go back to sleep. I was very thankful for their quick response to this matter!

The only thing I wasn't fond of is that there is no elevator access from the lowest level of the parking lot. That was a bummer!

Loved the location! It was convenient to some good restaurants and the slopes!

The room size was very small. There was not 3 feet of space between the bed and the built-in desk. Disappointed in the size of the room.

The staff is really not up to the class of this hotel … second year there and not really great staff . the check in and the room they put us wasn’t really nice , zero view ! the housekeeping made our bed and haven’t notice my prescription glasses were in the bed and they fold them all together … broke my glasses … it has plenty of room to get better …

Big and clean room.

Limited food options in the hotel, at least at the time of our trip which fell out of the ski season and beofre the spring bloom.

the property was wonderful. Very clean, inviting. The 2 bedroom was wonderful. Justin tremendous. Our first room was overlooking construction as well as multiple air conditioning units. He found us another room, went above and beyond to help us settle in. The staff was all wonderful

we did have a dog barking the first night but after that the dog was gone

The 2 bedroom suite has a full kitchen and living room. The furnishings and design are top notch. The unit was spotless. The views from the 5th floor balcony were great. I highly recommend this facility

I did not like having an additional $20 per day charge for parking!

We had everything we needed, which was great!

Everything! The view, pool, people watching, gondola ride, comfort of rooms. Having a walking machine with laundry supplies provided!

It was a little hard to find but not a big deal
