It had mostly been completely renovated at least kitchen and bathrooms. Our particular room had a really nice patio going out to some grassy area and it was quite close to the reception building. The unit was quite spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of room at the eating table with six chairs. The young woman who checked us in was great even though she was way overworked and there should’ve been two check in people because there was a big line and it took us almost an hour to get up to the front of the line.

Seemed like certain things just weren’t paid attention to. Our deadbolt didn’t work, the toaster was shorting out and burning our bagels, and while some of the renovations seemed really great, others seemed to have been done on the cheap. There were no reading lamps on the night tables, the ceiling fan lights were very funky and didn’t work all that well, and we had to have a maintenance person come to tape down the living room rug because we were all tripping on it. It looked like it had been repaired several times before.

The 2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for 2 couples. Everything was very clean. We got a ground level unit and brought our dog, which was easy for us to access the car and also let the dog out for walks. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked very clean and would've used if we had time. The breakfast was basic but nice to have something in the morning to start the day. Overall this hotel has exactly what we needed.

One of the ceiling fans didn't work, but could use the AC unit fan (if it's not too cold/hot out). The bathroom exhaust fans blew into the kitchen area which was a little weird. The lights were very bright and had a blue/cool tone and there were no bedside lamps. Overall these were very minor items and I'd definitely stay here again!

This is a really nice spacious apartment with all the modern conveniences. It has a full kitchen, a table for 4,a separate bedroom with TV, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower . There is a couch in the living area with TV. This was exceptional accommodation for the money.

The outside of the building needs maintenance. I had trouble opening the office entry door. I thought it was locked. The king bed had only one side cabinet and lamp.There was very little room between the windows side of the bed and the air conditioning unit. The breakfast was very basic and unappealing.. We didn't bother.

The accommodation was very nice and really it was much nicer than I was expecting. Great value for Steamboat Co. We had a 2 bedroom with a King and a Queen bed. Updated shower and bathroom area. Don't let the outside fool you. Great location. Breakfast was Continental.

My only negative comment was they started mowing grass right outside our room #109 @ 8ish in the morning. Checkout is 10. Felt like that was too early to be mowing directly outside of our rental. Also with a 4 o'clock check in felt like it should have been an 11 o'clock checkout.

The suite is super new and spacious. Great shuttle service to the resort and very friendly staff.

We found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom and the sheets weren’t clean enough - I could see others hair which didn’t feel good.

The newly refurbished suites were very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped too. The laundry room was a big plus.

The office hours from 10am - 6pm and the breakfast not available until 8:30 am was very frustrating. These negatives will be remembered. The front office staff should be available for questions, help, etc. by 7am, along with breakfast. Other guests also felt the same way. I don’t know if we’d stay here again. Also, our suite did not have coffee filters and it took me going to the office 3 times in order to get some. Just ridiculous. We and other guests were irritated that the staff did not speak English.

The suite was newly renovated and was spacious. 2 bed rooms, a good size living room, 2 bath rooms with showers and a kitchen kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass top stove. Also a patio with a grill. Bedrooms and living room had ceiling fans. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

I booked the room because it has ev chargers. But the chargers were not working. Also, the facility was still undergoing renovation so there were some other features that weren't available.I will definitely plan on staying there if I get back to steamboat springs when the renovations are done.

Spacious and clean. Was very big inside, honestly, was the size of a whole apartment. The location was great with a grocery store, drug store, coffee shop, and bus stop right there. Outside the look of place does not do it justice. Inside was beautiful, very clean, spacious, bed was so comfortable, and had excellent heating system. Staff was super great and friend, especially the hotel shuttle drivers.

No elevator and No Lobby or Hot Tub (was under construction)

Clean and spacious suite that was perfect for our family. The location was within about 5 minutes of everything we wanted to do but also not right on a main road that would typically be noisy. Beautiful place!

The breakfast was overly basic as a grab and go it was still lacking in option—and no healthy options available. It was also not restocked frequently enough, although when we called, it was restocked immediately which was awesome.. just took about 15-20 minutes on the phone. The TVs have an option to mirror play phones but it doesn’t work so that was really annoying the couple times we tried watching TV. Lastly, we did not know about the renovations when we booked the suite so we did not know there was no pool or hot tub until we checked in, that felt a bit deceitful.

The front desk person, Jacqueline, was very kind and even accommodated us to have a room on the first floor. To our surprise we received an upgrade at no extra cost just to have a room on the first floor. Thank you so much! Also the room was wonderful; you could basically live here! The living room area and beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the ceiling fans really helped keep the room at a nice temperature.

It would have been nice to have nightstand lamps in the bedrooms. Also, there was some water leaking through the hardwood floors whenever we would walk on them in the kitchen area. We did report this to the front desk and a maintenance person came to check it out. It didn't cause us any problems during our stay, however could turn into a major issue if not addressed soon. The bathroom vent fans were also very loud.
