This is a really nice spacious apartment with all the modern conveniences. It has a full kitchen, a table for 4,a separate bedroom with TV, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower . There is a couch in the living area with TV. This was exceptional accommodation for the money.

The outside of the building needs maintenance. I had trouble opening the office entry door. I thought it was locked. The king bed had only one side cabinet and lamp.There was very little room between the windows side of the bed and the air conditioning unit. The breakfast was very basic and unappealing.. We didn't bother.

The accommodation was very nice and really it was much nicer than I was expecting. Great value for Steamboat Co. We had a 2 bedroom with a King and a Queen bed. Updated shower and bathroom area. Don't let the outside fool you. Great location. Breakfast was Continental.

My only negative comment was they started mowing grass right outside our room #109 @ 8ish in the morning. Checkout is 10. Felt like that was too early to be mowing directly outside of our rental. Also with a 4 o'clock check in felt like it should have been an 11 o'clock checkout.

The suite is super new and spacious. Great shuttle service to the resort and very friendly staff.

We found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom and the sheets weren’t clean enough - I could see others hair which didn’t feel good.

The newly refurbished suites were very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped too. The laundry room was a big plus.

The office hours from 10am - 6pm and the breakfast not available until 8:30 am was very frustrating. These negatives will be remembered. The front office staff should be available for questions, help, etc. by 7am, along with breakfast. Other guests also felt the same way. I don’t know if we’d stay here again. Also, our suite did not have coffee filters and it took me going to the office 3 times in order to get some. Just ridiculous. We and other guests were irritated that the staff did not speak English.

The suite was newly renovated and was spacious. 2 bed rooms, a good size living room, 2 bath rooms with showers and a kitchen kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass top stove. Also a patio with a grill. Bedrooms and living room had ceiling fans. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

I booked the room because it has ev chargers. But the chargers were not working. Also, the facility was still undergoing renovation so there were some other features that weren't available.I will definitely plan on staying there if I get back to steamboat springs when the renovations are done.

Spacious and clean. Was very big inside, honestly, was the size of a whole apartment. The location was great with a grocery store, drug store, coffee shop, and bus stop right there. Outside the look of place does not do it justice. Inside was beautiful, very clean, spacious, bed was so comfortable, and had excellent heating system. Staff was super great and friend, especially the hotel shuttle drivers.

No elevator and No Lobby or Hot Tub (was under construction)

Clean and spacious suite that was perfect for our family. The location was within about 5 minutes of everything we wanted to do but also not right on a main road that would typically be noisy. Beautiful place!

The breakfast was overly basic as a grab and go it was still lacking in option—and no healthy options available. It was also not restocked frequently enough, although when we called, it was restocked immediately which was awesome.. just took about 15-20 minutes on the phone. The TVs have an option to mirror play phones but it doesn’t work so that was really annoying the couple times we tried watching TV. Lastly, we did not know about the renovations when we booked the suite so we did not know there was no pool or hot tub until we checked in, that felt a bit deceitful.

The front desk person, Jacqueline, was very kind and even accommodated us to have a room on the first floor. To our surprise we received an upgrade at no extra cost just to have a room on the first floor. Thank you so much! Also the room was wonderful; you could basically live here! The living room area and beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the ceiling fans really helped keep the room at a nice temperature.

It would have been nice to have nightstand lamps in the bedrooms. Also, there was some water leaking through the hardwood floors whenever we would walk on them in the kitchen area. We did report this to the front desk and a maintenance person came to check it out. It didn't cause us any problems during our stay, however could turn into a major issue if not addressed soon. The bathroom vent fans were also very loud.

All in all, a great place. Location is central to both the mountain and town, as well as amenities like grocery stores (Safeway across the street) and restaurants as well as the river trail, etc. The unit we were in was clean and felt new, with everything we needed.

The outside of the building is pretty beat down. I'd imagine fixing that is in the plans, but for now it's a pretty dreary place outside. Not really an issue, just cosmetic. The only real issue we faced was the heat. Our unit was on the 3rd (top) floor, so you'd expect it to be a bit warm. But, it was an inferno. We ended up turning off all the thermostats AND running the AC units just to keep the temps manageable. Opened doors when we were there as well, but still the place would get crazy hot. Again, not the end of the world, but I'd worry about what it'd be like on a hot summer day - and also what the electric usage is like if we had to run AC in winter (granted, a warm spell, but only in the upper 40s/low 50s during the day, high 20s at night)!

The suite was immaculate. Check-in was easy and quick, though be prepared to put $100 deposit down. The hold on my CC was removed in less than a week so no problem. I would absolutely stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall design is modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well when we needed it--we stayed in late May so it can be hot during the day and cold at night. There's even a mini putt-putt golf course though we didn't get a chance to try it out. They are renovating the whole resort apparently, and we definitely got one of the renovated suites. The location of the resort is great--mountain scenes and walkable to Safeway and some good breakfast places. I look forward to staying here again.

We couldn't figure out how to watch TV, though we aren't exactly technologically gifted. You somehow have to stream from your own device. We were too tired to deal with it.
