Location is good, the shuttle bus is right at Condo gate and it's free. the space inside of apartment is very big and comfort. stuff is very nice and helpful.

we hoped the second bedroom would have 2 single beds and we confirmed before we get there, but it' still a queen bed, not same as picture. should remind guest they need to bring their own shampoo and conditioner.

Satisfied with the unit. Unhappy with lack of access:/check-in instructions from booking.com. Never received any instructions from your website. The phone number you provided was not to the resort and was closed on Sundays - which was our check-in day. Drove hundreds of miles not knowing if we would get in. Luckily there was a (different) phone number on office door to call to accommodate our late check-in

This property is a great value and the location is close enough to the mountain to keep us coming back. We got a late checkout on our departure day so we could use our last ski day. Couldn’t ski the day before because of a storm that closed the resort. Cyndi was very accommodating and the cleaning person was willing to change their schedule to accommodate us!

Larger hot tub would be nice for bigger groups.

It was like a one bedroom house on a small farm. Simple as far as location , but a comfortable place to stay that is well furnished. You can buy frozen ground beef, pork chops, fresh eggs, all of which were great! If you want to cook the meats while you are there, arrange ahead so maybe they can start to unthaw for you.

Location, cleanliness

I didn't know I had to go to an office to check in. Didn't say anything about that on booking.com. Thought we were renting a private residence.

We made our own breakfast and the kitchen was fully supplied. There was plenty of parking and a short drive to the slopes. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the roominess of the condo.

It had a glass coffee table that would have to be moved if small children were part of our group. The condo was clean , but the decor was not updated.

- The property is located very close to the slopes (almost walking distance) - Staff is very friendly - Relatively cheap compared to other options the same distance to the slopes

- A bit dated - Minimal kitchen supplies

The only issue I had (which was unrelated to skiing) was the absurd $50 parking fee for the garage. I was attending a wedding and didn't want to ride the shuttle or walk to the gondola, so I drove and had to pay $50 to park for like 4 hours. A bit high if you ask me!

Free shuttle bus transportation was available into town, was a big bonus. Liked having laundry on site and had ample supplies of towels. Very clean. Quiet.

Never received any communication after confirming booking through Booking.com, and received no response from Sunburst when attempted to contact them ahead of time via email and voice message left re: check in procedures.

Clean, comfortable apartment, without the crazy extra fees charged by so many other services. The pictures don't do it justice, yes it's an older complex but our unit was well maintained. We'd happily come back again!
