the bed was super comfortable, and the room very quiet. I loved being downtown, close to so many shops and a block from the bus stop to get to the ski resort. The one morning I awoke early enough to eat the food downstairs, I thought it was delicious.

The key situation. I locked myself out of my room at 12:45 pm at night, and it was really hard to get a hold of someone. Once I finally found the number for the maintenance guy at the front desk, he was very helpful and I made it back to my room without missing much more sleep. I also think they could make more coffee when the container runs out. Not everyone wakes up at 6 am. The coffee shop is close, however, so again, not that big of a deal.

Staff was great and light breakfast offerings were very good. Room was comfortable although the bathroom is small and can be chilly, but had plenty of hot water and a strong shower. King size bed was comfy and plenty of closet space. Common storage space for skis, bikes, boots was nice to have and kept wet stuff out of the room. Bedside wireless phone charging was a bonus. Free bus service was very convenient and walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops.

Our only complaint is that the hot tub was out of service for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. Fortunately the Community Hot Spring facility is a short walk away, but this was an extra $60 cost. One night would have been understandable, and the guests should not have to report the issue. Rooms in the back of the hotel are subject to the sounds of the snow removal equipment.

The breakfast was buffet style in the lobby....scones, cereal, coffee

The room we had "paid" for was tiny with no place to sit. The bed was so high, as seniors, we couldn't get on it. After finding there was no other room available, the mgr offered the executive suite at no extra cost as he/she wanted us to be comfortable. The room was large, with a couch and a bed that was accessible. Very nice!... and much appreciated.

We had a pleasant stay at the Bristol. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic, with convenient parking.

The breakfast was simple. While the room was cozy, it was on the smaller side. Some cosmetic upgrades are needed but didn't impact our overall experience.

I enjoyed our stay at this location. It's an old school building with lots of charm. The room we had was just enough room to relax after a long hike, it had cute features that tell you this building was built back in the day.

I don't have any gripes about this property. I would advise any future guests to be patient with parking. It's tight but there.

Location was FABULOUS and free parking onsite was a huge plus. Our room was small but charming! Clean and we had real water glasses! Staff went out of their way for us. Hot tub was nice!! Beautiful lobby and extra sitting areas. Convenient ice machine. Coffee available. Light breakfast included.

Small selection continental breakfast. Good coffee. Fresh baked scones not great. Fruit/berry flavor seemed like flavoring but also had fresh fruit, cold cereals, oatmeal packets & microwave!

Very central location for Downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful with advise on places to eat, visit as our first time there. Travelled for a college visit from Chicago- great place for our son to go to college, and fab snow sports facilities for him as well as summer adventures. Very friendly town, everyone happy and helpful

Just felt hotel a little tired in places, but it is an old place...

Comfy beds, GREAT location downtown! We didn't have to move the car at all until venturing out towards the mountains. While shopping it was convenient to pop back in and drop off our purchases and head on to the next thing.

TV's didn't work and small bathrooms, felt like under 2' wide doors. Some wall fixtures not attached well, kept falling off with each use. Minor annoyance, not worth a room change, yes front desk was notified for future guests.

Location, double room set up is perfect for families, community room was great, staff was very friendly, it feels like they want you to feel like you are part of a family not just a guest.

Only small issue was a drain that was slow to drain.

The location was ideal! With my limited mobility we were centrally located with everything within walking distance

The room was smaller than I expected and didn’t have a lot of space to allow me to do challenging tasks, like somewhere to sit to put my shoes on.
