On our road trip through CO, UT and WY, this was by far our best hotel. The room was huge, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, a washing machine and a dryer. After 2 weeks of road tripping, the washing machine came in very handy. The staff was very accommodating, pointing us at a great place to eat, and arranging a reservation for us at Strawberry Hot Springs. Kids loved the pop-corn in the lobby. The pool was open early and late, making it possible for our kids to jump in the pool before setting off for our next leg of our journey (into Rocky Mountains National Park) It was also the cheapest room of our entire trip.

Our room was 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Unless if I didn't find it!

It had convenient access to everything, but not directly on a highway (so little traffic noise. I liked various facilities like pools, hot tubs, workout room, etc.

We were told there was a ramp for getting our luggage up a flight of stairs, but our building did not have one. We’re not handicapped, but it’s difficult to get luggage up stairs.

Lots of facilities in the site such as swimming pool and hot tub plus fitness centre.

Location is a bit out of town so unable to walk to bars and restaurants. Aware that this is USA so most people will drive and this won't be an issue. Pull down bed was unexpected but comfortable enough

We loved our condo unit. It was clean, comfortable, and homey. The location was great with easy access to everything. We enjoyed our balcony and the views.

A few more coffee supplies would have been nice!

location was awsome. shuttle service super easy, very reliable. garage parking was a fantastic bonus. clean. kitchen complete and well stocked.

no balcony. no ice or ice trays. stairs up with ski equipment

No breakfast. Simple studio with Murphy bed.

Mattress could have been better. Well worn. I would suggest a replacement. Paper products cheap.

The hotel staff does little more than check registered guests in and provide written information on local activities. It is irritating that they can’t help with reservation information or needed changes.

great location. washer and dryer were essential.

the washer didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed. after much ado, we were given a key to a room that had a working washer so I could shuttle laundry back and forth. when we were leaving, I put the dishes in the dishwasher and turned it on but it didn’t work either.

The layout of the condo was great, I was worried the "loft" room would be small or fully exposed but it was much larger than expected and had a full bathroom connected.

Even with windows open at night it was extremely warm in the condo without being able to use AC to cool down the unit. We ran fans and tried to use the thermostats but was definitely a warm weekend and the loft area was pretty hot.

No breakfast provided, but we had food and the room had a full kitchen which was excellent.
