I made a special request to see if the hotel could assign my parents and I a room not too far from the entrance. They truly met that request, and got us a room close to the addition access door, which made it convenient to get to the handicap parking. This made going in and out for my parents extremely easy. The dinner was exceptional and so was the staff in the hotel restaurant.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Both my mother and I found the potatoes not well prepared, and the service was average. There is always room for improvement, so my issues are not about being critical of any particular staff member in the hotel restaurant. Coffee was served to us but we were never offered refills, nor were we asked if we needed hot sauce or anything else (such as condiment) for our food. This isn't to suggest that we were totally ignored, we weren't. Again, room for improvement with a bit more training.

We loved the amenities at the hotel There is a restaurant with a great happy hour and live music. The pool is clean and has an attached hot tub inside. The staff was responsive to all our requests for attention to room items not functioning properly. Nice recommendations for restaurants. Friendly and people focused. We will return.

The room key system isn't working properly. It's a known issue, and the staff was quick to rekey or send maintenance. Our time was respectfully acknowledged..

The restaurant and bar were understaffed and not very talented and should be replaced with more suitable employees who understand the work. And enough staff members to properly run a restaurant. There is no good logical reason for this situation. But, minor for me cause I would not drive 4 hours to simply drink and eat out. I came for the outdoors. And the hot tub, which was not working due to a legitimate reason, so I am not upset about that.

The short sheets but that is an industry standard. But, again minor.

I really enjoyed this property and found the staff to be exceptional, especially Quentin. We arrived at the hotel late on a Friday night after our reservation at a different hotel fell through and Quentin greeted us and promptly got us into our room. We decided to stay an extra night the next night and he accommodated us well, getting us the best rate and waiving the pet fees. The property was great for walking the dog with a paved sidewalk and grassy area. We also enjoyed having drinks and appetizers at Harison's and loved the decor they had there.

No fault to the staff, but the rate is pretty high for a budget hotel like Holiday Inn, especially one that does not offer complimentary breakfast.

Good place to stay for snowboarding. Really liked warm, friendly lobby, which is great for relaxing and eating a takeaway meal. The hot tub is also a major bonus for recovering from skiing/snowboarding.

Room 101 faces one of the building entrances, which does not allow for privacy, if you want to keep the curtain open (natural daylight) during the day. Would avoid this room if you value privacy.

The property was updated and well maintained. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The ski shuttle made our access to the mountain easy and convenient. Billy the shuttle driver was great. Loved the hot tub after skiing.

We did not receive housekeeping one of the 3 days we were there, and we’re not aware they only do it every other day. Would have appreciated having the trash emptied and getting fresh towels. Next time we will know to request.

The reception staff were so welcoming and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The gym was super clean and well appointed. I didn't use the hot tubs or pool but I'm sure they would have been fine too. There was a regular shuttle service up to the mountain with a lovely driver.

I was surprised to find that the room wasn't made up everyday.

There was no continental breakfast as expected.\n And the location was fine.

They could have had a con little breakfast for one thing and I didn't think I would have to pay for parking in thereblock. Their shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked to have seen it around the base.

Price and cleanliness. We decided to stop as a halfway point last minute. It was one of the few spots with availability but we are glad it was. The price was right and the place was clean. We would definitely stay here again

Our room was close to the outside door so it was easy getting the dogs in and out of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an area right outside of the restaurant that has a long table and chairs where you can sit with your dogs. They even bring the food out to you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Could have had a better walking area for the dogs. Wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the area wasn't under water from all the rain. Other than that I believe the facility more than met our expectations and we would stay there again.
