The breakfast was great and what pleasantly surprised me was the attention to detail and care that the breakfast room staff displayed with quickly re-stocking food that was getting low and keeping the breakfast room clean after each guest left. That's rare these days. Check-in staff/man was very pleasant.

The only thing I didn't like was our key cards both stopped working so we couldn't get into our room or the outside side door that led from the parking lot to the hotel. My card stopped working on day #2 but my friend's card finally worked after about 7 minutes of trying. When we finally got in the hotel, I went to reception to fix the card issue, but no one was there so I left. We were checking out in the morning so not a huge issue. I know this happens with key cards sometimes at other hotels as well, but it's quite annoying.

It’s in a good location. In between everything around Denver, Colorado. The hotel was clean the staff was great!

I didn’t mind that there was a $150.00 deposit. I get it most hotels do that. I do wish that you guys put that in your description though. You do get it back after they inspect your room to make sure there was no damages done after check out. Other than that. The hotel was great and would definitely recommend to friends and family. I would also come back and stay here again!

Pretty much everything was good, I'm in town for doing outdoor things, so it's a good place to keep my stuff safe while I'm out, quite enough even though it's by the highway. Standard breakfast, big spread.

Only reason it wasn't a 10 for deal and facility, is no fitness room, back home my condo has a fitness room, gotta start the day with a mini workout to get things moving, but that's a small thing that's not make or break especially if you're not into the daily workout!

We stayed for almost a week and the complimentary daily breakfast was a huge money saver. Decent selection of various foods and really good coffee. Will be staying here again for all future Denver visits.

We had a really good stay and for the price we paid I can not think of anything that could have been better. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff is very nice.

I mainly picked this hotel because of the location. I needed som place to crash after a later flight and before a day of driving further West. I needed something that was near the airport without having the airport adjacent pricing. The price was very reasonable and the free breakfast was a bonus.

The only real issue that I had was with the breakfast. I have a food allergy, and there was no way to find out if any of the items contained the item that I am allergic to. Of course, I am used to places not necessarily being able to accommodate my allergy, so I had a backup option. Plus I did not pick this hotel because of the breakfast. The other two members of my family were able to enjoy the breakfast, which was totally acceptable for me.

Room and breakfast were really good. The room was surprisingly quiet, although next to the highway, I slept well. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the bus station, where the Flatiron takes you to Union Station within 15 minutes. That is ideal to visit Denver.

There is no supermarket close by, therefor it would be nice, to have some microwave meals on offer. The only vending machine for food (chips and sweets only) doesn't accept foreign credit cards, requires the exact amount of cash, but refuses coins - disappointing.

The staff was very friendly. They originally put us in the wrong type of room due to a communication mix up between their system and Booking.com but they fixed it right away. Breakfast was good and replenished frequently. The room was clean and cozy.

The breakfast room us small and cramped most of the time. We were also disappointed the pool area was closed for renovations.

The clean and neat the rooms are. The girl in the breakfast and the cleanning person are the best.

Front Desk personel not help full at all. Rainning day I almost felt at the entrance floor was wet. Front desk unattended most of the times. Also they charge me almost 100.00 when i change my card at the check in, went to the front request explanation 2 employees gave me differents answers, still waiting for my money come back to my account also make a claim to my bank, i had to wait on my bank because is a long weekend.

Maybe the parking it’s need more security

The staff was friendly and so willing to work with our special needs during this medical trip. We ran late even in the world of late checkout and they remained fantastic! The bed was blissful!!!!

The pool and hot tub were closed without there being any indication of this on the booking website. I specifically booked with this hotel for it's location and those amenities in order to access my daughter if the need should've arisen during her medical procedure all the while being able to entertain her 3 year old son in the pool. Instead her was trapped in a car during the 2 days of medical care while we waited on his mom. There is small amounts of black mold growing in the bathroom.
