Very nice hotel, very close to downtown. we stayed at the 4th floor which was very nice. The room with the king size bed was fairly large. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Overall price per night was very reasonable. If we're in Arvada again, we would stay there again. We recommend it.

The WiFi was spotty.... couldn't get connected with my tablet. However, We were able to connect with our phones, BUT every time we left the room an re-entered, it wouldn't connect automatically... annoying

Walking distance to downtown Arvada. Lots of amenities and things to do.

They have laundry on site for you to use, it was advertised as $3/load & only payable by card. After getting a notification of the charge, it was actually $8/load. I voiced my complaints to the front desk and they advised this was the case & that the machines just hadn’t been updated. Due to my frustration they did give me my money back, but it was disappointing that they knew the cost was wrong & did nothing to advise the guests of it.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants and not far from highways to get you around Denver or the foothills of the Rockies. All staff I encountered were kind and friendly, the hotel was bright on the main floor, the rooms were quiet, and I loved how the beds were set back from the door. Breakfast food was fabulous and great variety.

The only issue I had was the internet; I used the basics and didn't upgrade, so I had to resign every day.

The young lady who checked us in was awesome! She must put in a lot of hours because we saw her 3 times after that and she was always super friendly and positive. We really appreciated her kindness.

The only thing was the toilet was running constantly, but we let them know when we checked out. Not a big deal.

Terrible pillows in our room made it very difficult to sleep... room was very overheated and couldn't get a decent temperature set in the room. Bathroom door was off hinge, maintenance did a "temporary fix" for us but door wouldn't close and anytime any of us were in the restroom none of us felt we had privacy.

Safe and clean!! Was in town visiting my son for his birthday. Found out while we were the pool area that our long time 14 year old family dog passed away (was being taken care of at home by my family) all of us were screaming and crying, I ran out in the rain crying my son and daughter in law left for a walk, long story short, just safe area. The hotel is lovely. Really liked the hotel and the staff

The room was comfortable and the shops and restaurants of Olde Town Arvada just a short walk away even on a hot afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a smallish but nice pool downstairs.

Although the hotel says it's 100% smoke free, the second floor hallway was reeking, so someone was ignoring that rule. Fortunately, the smell didn't waft into the room, but it still wasn't nice walking to and from it.

First off, I liked very much the carpeting in the public spaces, contemporary design instead of typical one tone. My room very spacious, and bed very comfortable. Liked the big chair as well. Good location also!

Which the bathroom had a bathtub and the coffee served at breakfast I felt was on the weak side.

The pet fee is $75, which is steep compared to other comparable priced hotels. In the end after all the taxes and fees, our $205 room was $325. I know they don’t control taxes, but once you throw in a high pet fee that’s a big jump from $205. We also had to ask about breakfast being included - it’s mentioned here, but not included with all reservations. Otherwise a pretty sparse continental breakfast is $10ea. Not to mention that one of our juice glasses has lipstick on it, but nobody at our table aaa wearing lipstick. So gross!

We loved the location! This hotel is within walking distance to Old Town Arvada. We loved the shops and ate at Smoke and Fin. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and the drive was easy. It takes anywhere from 15-30 depending on traffic.
