Privacy, respect, friendly & knowledgeable staff, my room (smoking) is roomy, beds are very comfortable, maintenance is very accommodating (my room key stopped working lady let me in I happened to have a cart full of luggage is y it was appreciated)!!! Ok nuff I'm happy 😊!

Rooms could be a little cleaner (walls wiped down, my sister's & me w/Mom of course spring cleaned from the floor up or we got tore up) !!!

I think you have the best staff and the management is very involved with the everyday operations. My only thing if I had to say is on the downside is cost of the rooms because the price does not warrant the outdated of the rooms. extremely expensive what the rooms look like. Clean but very outdated and I mean very outdated

The cost for what is the most outdated hotel around.

This hotel is the cheapest hotel around and it is still nice the rooms are big and the staff are friendly the hotel sells out quite a bit but they have a 1pm check out which is nice. I've been staying here for a little over a month

I pay day by day for my room the front desk calls everyday around 1030 to ask if I'm staying over then at 1045 housekeeping bangs on the door to ask the same question even tho check out isn't until 1 pm and a couple times a day I have to have the desk remake my room key because they stop working and the side doors are open from 8 am to 4 pm or at least that's what it says most of the time they are locked and I have to walk all the way around the hotel and use the main entrance and my room is the absolute furthest room from the desk and main entrance

You have to use the main entrance almost all the time which isn't very convenient at all my father is disabled and I have a bad knee it's a long walk around the property and then to my room they have side doors that are keyed entry but they are locked 90% of the time

Staff was very willing to help and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The location was a bit out of the norm for me but it ended up being one of the best experiences while traveling. The value was great and we got a large room,desk chair l, clean sheets and great shower.

The motel was awesome. the people were interesting, and I enjoyed my stay very much. I think there was a Latino wedding there on Saturday nite with a band (tuba player!!??) and drummer.. lot of dancing...people having fun-done by midnite

Staff is very sweet the rooms and hotel is outdated there is no breakfast the rooms could have been cleaner I needed a quick place to rest due to my car clunking out

It was a rough start, but everything was made right during the first day. It was easy to get to and most of the staff and others we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t get the room I reserved on the ground floor, but there was an elevator so no problem. The first two rooms were dirty and some essentials didn’t work. One of the staff blamed it on booking through a third party and offered to give our money back, but finally put us in a decent room. They could provide directions for how to use the phone to reach the front desk or dial out, but we assumed #9.

Nice sized room, one of the few rooms that still allows smoking in Colorado. Well lit parking lot.

Shower head needs to be replaced along with the shower curtain rod.

The check-out clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was sitting at his desk, doing whatever, had us wait a few minutes, before he finally got up to see what we wanted. He seemed to be angry and un-engaging, and didn’t look us in the eye, like we were insignificant.
