I was able to control the ac/heat unit to drown out noise.

I let the front desk agent know about another hotel that I had issues with noise and then she put someone directly across the hall from me. That person would slam their r oom door and would speak on their phone outside their room and I could hear everything.

The inside was clean in the lobby and breakfast area. I can only imagine the germs flying around the floor

The guests are told to put dirty towels outside you’re door with garbage on the first floor. We stayed 3 days. The house keepers arrive at 3-4 in the afternoon. So you walk around dirty towels on the floor. I relayed this to the night auditor. The cleaning staff did not pick up all the dirty towels and had 3 people cleaning???? I suggested they have a can near the laundry room so the hallway was clean. They also served some breakfast however short on supplies so you never knew what would be available! The night auditor is required to cook breakfast and with Covid they are short staffed.

Our TV didn’t work when we checked in and got to our room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She responded quickly and resolved the issue. She was friendly and customer service etiquette was professional.

Common area space could have been cleaner. Rather over priced for what I’m accustomed to paying for a Quality Inn or Sleep Inn. Should have provided a better breskfast for the nightly cost. The room had a pet odor

The staff at the SanDestin Quality Inn, while we stayed there, were nothing but the very best. That staff will keep guests wanting to come back. The hotel itself, was very clean.

The complimentary breakfast, could have had a few more choices, to make it appealing to all of your guests. I know when I wake up, I am at my hungriest. The breakfast that was being served at the SanDestin location Our visit let my stomach down.

hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very decent. Staff at check in and checkout were very friendly and efficient. Was only an overnight stay so we didn't really interact with anyone else. But i would definitely stay there again. Great hotel with a great price.

It was nearby where I stopped for a late dinner. It was clean and comfortable, everything worked fine, morning breakfast was very good

We used this hotel before, I think the price is a little high for the same place and service.

The room was very spacious( king room) The bed was so comfy Access to the highway( Pensacola) not far from Fort Walton beach( 30 miles) The front desk was very nice

The only things i can complain about is 1. It was under construction and was a little noisy 2. Trying to get out is incredibly hard at times 3. Didnt clean our room the 3 days we were there( had to go ask for clean towels and trash bags Didnt see breakfast( maybe because either remodeling the front or covid?

I love how accommodating this property is for my short visits to the area. My dad lives where my dog isn't allowed since she isn't a service dog which hinders my ability to visit with him. It is nice to know that for emergencies, evacuations from NOLA, and any ither scenario that brings me to the FL panhandle, this property can handle it.

There are some blind spots on the side of the hotel that may be a security risk when walking a dog.
