So here’s my 2 cents :) This property is probably the most reasonable in this area - by far! It’s not a new property. It’s older. A bit tired. However, you’re paying 1/2 price (or more) from other hotels in the area. We made our decision at the last minute. Saved $170.00 PER NIGHT from the other hotel we were considering. That’s a lot of money saved to pay for food and fun!! :) It’s not perfect, but it’s clean, safe, free parking, with a nice little garden / pool area. Our rate included breakfast. I read a lot of reviews from people complaining about the breakfast buffet. Why? It’s as good as any other hotel breakfast. SMH. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy. Fresh fruit. Pastries. Cereal. Honestly people … what do you expect? It was perfectly fine! And they serve until 11:00 am. That’s awesome! All in all, if you need an economical choice, it’s fine. If you want a fancier place, it’s going to cost 2-3 times what we paid. I would definitely stay there again for short stays. Staff was kind. Security was also helpful with a heavy bag. I’m ex airline staff. Traveled around the world for 30 years. I’ve stayed in every place imaginable. It definately needs a complete refresh, but it’s ok if you’re on a budget :)

Great location, close to everything, specially Disney World.

It was not very clean, they didn’t do our room for 3 days even asking them about it. We had to use the same towels for many days, same bed sheets and ran out of toilet paper. The staff, specially at our check-in was very slow and didn’t know many important things of their own hotel. Also, we chose the option of paying at property but they charged on my account before even arriving, the day before.

Free shuttle to amusement parks, okay and good value breakfast, nice pool with free use of towels. The room was spaceous and pretty clean, but slightly dated. Free parking and plenty of space. Good value overall! Free lemon water and coffee in the lobby.

The shuttle to Universal studios leaves at strange times (2h before opening and 3h before closing the park), room cleaning service was strange- they left wet rags in the room and changed the towels very randomly. Coffee machine in the room was broken (missing parts). The room is very poorly lit (no big lights, just nightlights)

Close to Disney. Lobby was Decorated nice for Christmas. Great choice of snacks. Great prices.

The time share guy in the lobby. The toilet would not flush Saturday. We had to lift the lid and pull the blue string. Sunday was better. Air conditioner going off and on was so loud, it felt like the tile was going to fall from the ceiling.

I like how close it is to Disney and the area around has lots of food options and even a Walmart right next door. My room was a bit dingy and smelled like cigarettes I also wish there was better lighting but overall not bad.

The lighting in my room was a bit darker than I’d like and there was also some weird suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot. They would sit on the floor and smoke next to the cars but besides that I was comfortable.

Loved all the amenities: heated pool, pool tables, basketball court, volleyball court, mini golf, restaurant and ice cream parlor, and Disney being super close. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

My room had a tissue behind the bed after we checked in, and some of the drawers had minimal dirt but it wasn't a huge issue for me. I didn't like, however, how the cleaning staff left our curtains open after cleaning. It would give anyone passing by a good view into our room while we were away.

Great hotel! Shuttle service to theme parks was amazing, easy to use and helped save a lot of money (the only “bad” thing is that it has only one departure and return time per park, so you may have to adjust your plans).

Breakfast is a little expensive for what it offers (15$ plus 7,5% sales tax + 15% gratuity).

We had to shower on cold water for two days, the bed disassembled while I was sleeping and the water smells weird. Also the shuttle hours to the park are pretty bad. Why would I take a 7am shuttle to Universal if it opens at 9? Anyway

Love how it’s in the middle of everything, the pool was nice and our room was clean!

Found a couple harmless worms in our room which really wasn’t a big deal. The sink drain was stuck. Also checking in made me uncomfortable when a lady was yelling about bed bugs. Our room was clean though so no complaints and manger handle it as best she could!

The room was ok for the price we pay, walmart was on walking distance so that is a big plus, it was a great place to stay, I even asked for 1 extra hour for the check out and they were so nice.
