The front desk staff was very nice and responded immediately to requests for towels and body wash. The lady who prepared food on Wednesday and Thursday was very friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and satisfied. The hotel is blessed to have her and the maintenance man.

When we arrived, we were given a standard room which was nice but too small, so we upgraded to a suite. When we entered the suite on 1st floor, feces were on the back of the commode seat. We told the lady at the front desk, and she sent the housekeeper to take care of it. We requested a suite on the 2nd floor. The room was nice, but the base of the commode all the way around was filthy with yellow stuff. We were tired of moving so we accepted the room. The housekeeper only brought towels and toilet paper and emptied trash once . She or he didn't sweep the bathroom floor or clean the sink off. I called for body wash once and towels twice and went to the desk once to pick up towels. The oatmeal was very runny on Tuesday and Wednesday but was much better on Thursday.

Extremely clean, nicely appointed with all the amenities you would expect and hope for. K-cup coffee dispenser with provided coffee pods, etc. Enjoyed the free breakfast. It was a buffet with lots of options.

Toilet was slow to flush. Just a note to those with disabilities: It did not occur to me I would need an ADA accessible room although I had my feeble elderly mother with me. She was unable to get on her bed because it was too high, and needs to be able to get in and out several times during the night. I asked for a footstool or something like that and was told they did not have anything. I ended up dragging the furniture around and pulling the queen-sized mattress onto the floor.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Check-in smooth. Room was decent size.

Would book the king room with sofa bed in future. More room. Also would prefer a bathroom with just a shower. I paid at motel and ask for receipt. I was told couldn't give me one because I booked with booking .com. I did get email receipt after I left. Wish they were a little more visual from where you get on their street.

The location met my expectations. Breakfast was great. I had a different room this time but it was exactly like the others I have stayed in at this hotel.

The internet WiFi wasn’t working well for me at first. I showed the receptionist. She said she’d reboot it. Then it worked well. This is about the tenth time I’ve stayed here, and I never had this problem before.

rooms and facility were very clean. good breakfast. front desk staff exceptional. had issue with booking .com . Haley at the front desk was great. I was traveling and stopped to book room. she contacted me to say that there was an issue with booking. she said we could deal with it when I arrived at the property. she went the extra mile and resolved the issue before I arrived and contacted me to let me know.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. This was a return visit because the price was reasonable and it’s better than its closest competitor. While I suppose some people might hear I-75 traffic, I found the room to be quiet. Wi-Fi worked great.

I wish there was a small stand to put my drink on while I was relaxing in the chair. Some other restaurants have a larger selection, but there was everything I wanted and more. I liked the eggs, sausages, and oatmeal.

The rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check- in was smooth. Ask if we had had dinner and gave us options if we hadn't.

Would have been better if more visible when you got off interstate. We were pulling a pontoon so visibility was a problem. It was behind another motel so would have been nice to had better signage to locate it.

The room and the facility were spotless, and as a plus, smelled good--not like disinfectant or awful floral. The area seemed updated, with no squeaky appliances and cleaner carpeting. I appreciated that. The bathroom was sparkling--but no place to put any implements. Water hot and bed comfy enough,

Pillows not so hot. No extra blanket. And why can't these establishments provide better drinking cups and glasses? These dinky plastic cups are annoying. The internet didn't work. Could not put in the password. Notified the desk twice about this. It was a major inconvenience.

Nice quiet facility.

The price on booking.com was less than the price I was quoted over the phone reservations. The sales rep gave me some song and dance about being the last room .. so I booked on line for $20 less. Makes no sense, and he also told me all other hotels were full. Which was not true. Strong accent. Difficult to understand.

I’ve stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quiet, probably because it was on the backside away from I 75. Breakfast was good as I expected.

Cheaper would’ve been better, but their price was much lower than a nearby hotel where I’ve also stayed several times. This time Best Western won on Price for comparable room.
