I stayed in the handicap room because it's necessary for me. It was a great accommodation. Backed right up to the door had a ramp. It is a well lit facility. The office staff are very kind and accommodating. There is a pool and a Jacuzzi right off the lobby. There were people using both when we were there. That was our second time to stay there and we will stay again when we are in that area traveling.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the property

Upon checking in the front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The room we were assigned was a second story, which is difficult when traveling with a large supplemental oxygen generator. When we returned to the front desk and asked if we could be switched to a first story room, without hesitation, our request was handled immediately.

The staff was amazing! The manager was super helpful daily, as well as the African American young lady at the desk. The kitchen staff was an absolute sweetheart

Doors slamming...upstairs guest running around all night. Thankfully the front office staff took care of the issue

The place was clean, the crew was nice! Felt like home. Will stay again I need to travel again. Also loved the breakfast !! The selection are great and it was all fresh!

Can’t do much better? You guys always cleaning rooms and checking on customers who were staying there a while 😁

The stay was great. We will definitely be using this location again. Only issue is, I was double charged. Once by booking and once by best western. Still waiting on this to be corrected, but I'm sure it will be. Overall a great deal.

The location was nice very close to the highway quite clean and close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good eggs was the best out of the hold breakfast the lady at the front desk. Miss Sandra was very helpful with LC. My question is the lady that does breakfast in the morning she was very friendly.

Couldn’t get in the pool stay for three days and still can get in the indoor pool😐🙄

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice with plenty of space and breakfast was great. The price was a little high, but we did book the room last minute due to a severe weather alert and tornado warnings forecasted for our area that night.

The facilities have drink machines, but we were there for five days and no one ever filled up a drink machine. We kept calling the office and they kept giving us excuses. This really tracks from the appeal of the hotel. It is well kept up.

This property was very nice, could use updates but very comfortable. Mrs Sandra was AMAZING! She was very helpful and learned my name very quickly.

This facility was very clean, the staff were all very nice ( the lady that was doing the breakfast was beyond nice, sweet lady). The price was great!

I usually stay at a hotel near this one, I decided to try this one. It was nice and had everything we needed and wanted. We had some issues that made me feel less than comfortable, our neighbors screamed at each other all night, walked out to the parking lot and they were screaming there too. When we arrived there was a fire truck there to check on a female that appeared to be on drugs (maybe?). But none of this was due to the hotel itself.
