Breakfast was awesome, selection of everything was great to include the beverages and all the extras and add on’s. The arrangement of the tables, allowed the need space, so we were not sitting on each other. Plenty of space to maneuver back and forth.

The air conditioner worked wonderful. However was very loud but the loudness was much better than the heat. Nothing major, we got through it. We was cool and that’s what matters. So overall nothing that was unbearable.

The hotel is really older than you think but has been well maintained. Staff was always friendly and said hello or good morning before you did. I would stay again if I needed a room in that area.

I was disappointed that the breakfast was the same everyday of the week. The breakfast was good but most Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at they changed the breakfast menu daily. It may repeat during the week but not the same everyday.

Breakfast had some good choices and coffee was available all the time.

The office manager explained that the A/C units were to be replaced soon as my compliant was the noise when A/C came on to cool the room, because my bed was next to the window. The manager gave me credit towards the bill at check out, so I appreciated!

The location..

It could use some updates such as being able to use Netflix on the TV like Marriott has available… just needs a refresh in some areas. Not bad but showing it’s been there for a few years.. the price was inflated over normal pricing for the hurricane which I don’t think is fair.

The hotel was clean and room was large. Especially loved the small vanity outside the bathroom with small sink, microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and room was cleaned with fresh towels daily.

The parking lot was tight and it was hard to get into spots at times.

Breakfast okay, though waffles would be better. Lobby pleasant and clean.

Spendy for what you get. Parking is kind of pitiful for large vehicles, nothing very useful for small trailer behind van.

The facility is nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and the location is central to the city. I will certainly re-visit this hotel and I recommend it to others!

The cleanliness of the facility and its central location. Also, having breakfast prepared everyday was truly a bonus.

Jacqueline who worked in the morning breakfast staff was friendly and provided a great service. She keep the food well stocked and the area cleaned. The housekeepers were equally as kind and helpful. Our rooms looked great.

Breakfast was good, but they was out of oat meal very early., ask the attend, she said they only have one pot for oatmeal.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Liked everything. No complaints. Met my expectations.
