Trish at front desk was great. All staff was really nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Nice pool area, tennis/pickleball court (but no lights so play til dark). Close to food. Had view of ocean but also warehouse and commercial area so not the prettiest but close enough to all the best beaches. 15 to 30 minutes from most everything. Pillows could be better and it would be nice to have a few additional kitchen items like tinfoil and/or storage containers. The 1/2 bathroom was extremely loud! And while the deck area had a couple chairs and table they were just a bit wobbly. But all in all a nice stay with plenty of room for four adults. We would consider staying again.

Good location by the water and most touristy places. Safe parking near unit. Shopping fairly close. All the appliances needed for extended stay. Staff was attentive. Good security at facility. Pool was good.

Fridge was off when we got there but maintenance got it up and running soon. Unit was showing its age a bit, though comfortable. The units mostly have a lot of stairs to climb which is tough if you’re older. Our unit had a long set of stairs going up, and then you had to walk down a few steps. Cable didn’t work well; we couldn’t change the channel in living room and bedroom tv was hard to understand the controls.

The location! It is 4 minutes to airport and 10 minutes to any places in Lihue. The small shopping mall by the beach across street is very nice. You can get breakfast, ice cream there! The beach across from the road is nice. People can swim and surfing there.

The noise from window AC units and the traffic noise from outside. I was told by the local family that the beach at night is not safe. Please stay away from the beach area at night.

Nice location and good layout for the condo. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The washer/dryer were great. The kitchen was well equipped. The check in was great even though we arrived late. Burt the security guard came quickly and gave us the key card. Also the office staff and Kiki the concierge were very helpful with information about places to go.

The screen doors need felt strips to prevent banging. They banged shut early in AM as people left for work or play so woke up our family in the second bedroom which faces parking lot. The balcony from which we could see the ocean needs a pull down shade because it was too sunny and hot to enjoy. There were no beach chairs or coolers in the condo. The office provided a few chairs for low cost but more beach equipment would really help.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and a very neat little cafe (Jammin Banana) where we got breakfast every day. Really loved that the unit had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as we were traveling with our adult son and we all had privacy and no waiting for showers, etc.

No elevator. Not a major issue as we only had one set of stairs to go up but it was a pain with when we had to carry luggage.

Close to airport and very responsive! We had a last minute change that had us land at 10pm and we were able to get right in with no issues!

The air conditioners are a bit tricky. You have to locate a secret knob on the wall and turn it to have the air work. It was a pretty easy problem to solve but it confused us for a minute! And don’t back in the parking spaces! And quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am, so if you have early rising kids who like to crow at the chickens, you have to keep them quiet. But these are super minor and we LOVED our stay!!

good location, clean and well maintained. grounds are attractively kept, parking is plentiful. Well appointed appliances (washer/dryer,dishwasher,microwave).Town attractions such as beach area easy walk~close to airport .staff is phenomenal!

A bit dated-but the overall attributes more than makeup for that

The location was close to airport, restaurants and other amenities. Easy drive to other parts of the island. Plenty of room for the three of us to be comfortable. Very clean. Liked having a car port and 24 hour security person.

It’s a bit of an older facility hence scarce electric outlets and no usb ports. The air conditioners were a little hit or miss in how they worked. A lot of steps to haul things up and down to the car.

The location was great, the accommodations were spacious and we could do our laundry there and the view was amazing.

The close proximity to the other room made it a little noisy, as other guests were ringing their bells (for long periods) at 6am.

chickens woke me up (Kauai), and going in December is the most expensive time... so it was more $ than usual--still it was worth it
