They try to charge again for the resort fee which we already paid off.

Beautiful grounds. Nice pool area and Happy Hour at the pool bar. Nice beach, with occasional seals. Central location. Nearby shops and takeout.

No elevators. so plan accordingly if you can't handle stairs.

there were roaches coming in every night in our bathroom from under the toilet we had to kill.

Location is amazing. Right by the beach, nice pool, pool bar. Staff were friendly, room was large with a really comfortable bed. We were also upgraded to ocean view which was great. The price is good for the hotel.

It isn’t possible to get a late check out or early check in, they said they’re fully booked. We had to move rooms due to AC breaking, and they gave us an option of 5 other ocean view rooms available.. so not sure if the late check out excuse was true. Rooms are a little outdated but they are very comfortable and for the price it is great.

We stayed here 41 years ago when we were married at Coco Palms. It was nice then, but it is fantastic now. Love the location. No restaurant on site, but that is not a big deal. We ate at The Sleeping Giant Grill and the coconut market place has restaurants and take away. The ABC store there also has very good meals for there or take away. We loved eating on our patio facing the ocean. The bar and happy hour especially was a great place for island drinks. Staff were amazing and the gardens beautiful.

The resort is very beautiful with the gardens, view of the sea and the pool / jacuzzi being open until around 9pm. There is a restaurant on the beach just 2 minutes walk along the sea. Although the sea in the east of the island is not recommended for swimming, there is a bay area with a sea pool just 5 minutes walk along the sea where you can swim. The location is good to explore the whole island being quite centrally located, so we never had too long a drive to get back after a day out. There's a large supermarket nearby where you can get your fix for breakfast (or other snack or food).

The room smelled a little musty (mould / mildew)

Very good value. Clean. Better than I was expecting based on some reviews. Convenient location. Security on site which seems to help with the sometimes rowdy elements others have noted. I didn’t hear anything along those lines during my 2 days and nights. Staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. I think you do better if you book with Aston rather than an owner of a unit.

Beaches aren’t really swimmable along here. But nice to sit on the loungers, soak in the view and the sun. Others have noted the pool is cold. They’re wusses. It’s cool and refreshing when the sun warms you up.

I was pleased that a handicapped room was available for me. I am a senior with bad knees and I was worried that hauling my suitcases up the steep stairs would be difficult. However, Anna at reception found a first floor room for me which was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect-- a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace's shops and restaurants and a short drive to Safeway for groceries.

The coffee shop (Imu?) is for vegans only. Since I like milk or creamer in my coffee, that doesn't work for me. so after one visit, I knew I should get my coffee elsewhere.

Good location close to cafes, restaurants and Coconut Market. Spacious room, comfy bed. Nice view from the balcony where we took our daily breakfast. Microwave, coffee maker, fridge with a little freezer, toaster (very much appreciated!), crockery and cutlery. Spacious bathroom with enough shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and body lotion.

Bad first impression, when we had to wait almost 1,5 hrs after the checkin hour (supposed to be 15 but was 16:30). The complimentary Hawaiian Paradise coffee is very bad, at least we could not drinked it, even with creamer and sugar... maybe considering another brand for the future. Hot tub could have been a much better experience if the water wasn't so exageratedly hot.
