A very clean and perfectly located hotel; Brigitte gave us amazing rooms overseeing Beverly Hills and LA in the first part of the stay. Thank you so much! We changed our plans for the second half of the stay - Saif did an amazing job, first finding us 2 rooms in a fully booked hotel, and secondly gave us again wonderful rooms on the 12th floor. This has rounded up our entire experience and vacation for the best!

The rooms on the 3rd floor got older, missing some equipment as lamps and having dirty carpets.

The staff and support from the hotel was excellent! We had large amounts of products and materials shipped in preparation for a major business event, and the hotel staff did an excellent job of making sure that we located all of locations of shipments and transported them to our room so that we could successfully prepare for our successful event! The manager was very accommodating and checked on us every time they saw us to make sure we had whatever we needed. It really helped take a lot of pressure off so we could concentrate on executing on our event. Thank You!

Only one thing...it would have been great to have the ability to access our streaming services with more up to date TV's in room. That wasn't major, however, when you're having to prepare for an Oscar event with celebrities attending...it would have been nice to do research on their latest projects on the TV screen as opposed to personal devices. Other than that, everything was great!

Good location and good for family of 4.

The hotel gave a city view on 4 floor however considering there was a building next to it there was no view and we felt a bit disappointed on that . There was no other rooms available to change as per hotel No parking facility and the adjacent car park charges next to the hotel was too high. It was an additional outflow of cash. The hotel should arrange to subsidised parking especially for longer duration stays

Also Alixiana, Adreana and Samir Fast check out with immediate invoice to my email Eventhough the valet cost 61 USD a day, but it pays off as the car is safe inside the hotel parking, and the valet team are very energetic and respectful. In fact, all of them Room area is the right size and meeting all requirements Coffee machine, safe, and fridge are available Bed sheets are clean Toilet facility and lighting very good

Hotel telephone system is out of service most of the times and I had to go down to the front desk to tell them what I want Park code does not work with international mobiles, and I had to wait less than 5 min for the car everytime Holding a deposit of 150$ per day on the credit card is a little high and leave you move around the city with less credit Room service team need improvement Bed mattress not comfy Room lights little dim Elevators work well, but the doors are not smoothly on/off

Hotel looks very good. Great location. Excellent stuff. I'd like to say some warm words about the parking stuff espaicialy Anibal, and Alecsis from the reception - done a great job with a big smile.

Parking & Breakfast are very expensive. Too few coffee capsules/paper cups in the room. Windows: Street view are good however the back side view is a disaster especially for the lower floors. Recommend to rate these room with lower prices. I got rear view at first but then moved to street view according to my request.

-Very clean and well-maintained room -Excellent service from the front desk and valet staff -Professional and friendly team -Smooth check-in and overall good hotel management.

-Beds were very small (two double beds, not comfortable for three people) -Room felt tight, small, and a bit dark -Parking was extremely expensive ($77 per night after tax)

Front Desk Manager Saif M is the best front desk manager I've ever worked

NO OUTDOOR LIGHTING AND OR HEATING AT OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA.. I begged the GM manager about 10 times to cover that. he said I can't I won't it's too expensive. I said thats Not Marriott standard I'm a lifelong 20-year Marriott Bonvoy Vacation owner. He said he and they work for a different licensing operator

We have stayed at the hotel previously, love the location and the Hotel has all the facilities we need

When a family of four staying the room has no floor space to open up cases and hardly any hanging space for clothes. No extractor/ventilation to the bathroom so when family getting ready the room has lots of condensation. Needs somewhere to hang wet towels to dry and use again.

The room was very clean and very comfortable - beds were great! We booked this hotel after the one we had booked was really awful and not suitable for a family group. We managed to secure 3 nights here very last minute, booked and were in the room within the hour and the staff were very helpful. It was close to fabulous restaurants and cafes so we were really pleased to have found it.

Single use plastic!!! Everything wrapped in plastic and no option for recycling - so disappointing! We were extremely late arriving and ordered food from the bar which was expensive and not great! We discovered a fabulous diner just around the corner the next morning - would have been good if the hotel staff promoted these lovely local businesses such as the famous Factors deli 2 minutes away!

The food in the restaurant is very very good. The hotel is generally good. The valet is mandatory and you can’t park it yourself. I guess this of ok as the price was shown on their website.

During checkin the staff member was not do nice, however all others were nice. There are not enough sun umbrellas in the pool.
