Super friendly staff and great location! The ladies in front desk were beyond excellent. Excellent customer service and genuinely good people.

The staff at the room service were unprofessional and the restaurant host and some waitress were quite rude. I think the manager was super friendly and polite but most of the waitress seemed hostile and resentful if I can say that with all due respect. The food was amazing and lovely atmosphere but again the service not so much which ruined the experience even though we tried four times while staying there.

We managed to check in early at 12noon and got a free upgrade via booking.com which was nice. Our room was on th 7th floor with amazing views. We liked the location. The room was spotless, toiletries nice.

We only had 1 robe in the room so we asked for a second one. Midstay both robes disappeared and were not replaced. Never known that before. We wanted to enjoy breakfast on our last day and it should have been open from 7-11 in the restaurant. When we showed up at 9.30am we were told breakfast was in the lobby as the restaurant was set up for brunch at 11am. The lobby is not really ideal for breakfast so we decided to eat elsewhere. A lot of instagram people who turn up to be seen and take endless photos

Large, clean, renovated room, friendly staff, great location, efficient valet parking

Skybar night club was very loud Friday and Saturday night until 2am, it was tough to fall asleep. Air conditioning unit was leaking from ceiling one night, however staff cleaned and fixed problem within an hour.

Rooms were very modern- lots of light with Large TV screen which rotated. Staff were very helpful.

I had booked the hotel because of the location and the attraction of the swimming pool. Unfortunately the kids could not access it after 1pm on weekends - had to be 21 as there were pool parties. This was my error as I didn't notice the time limit when booking. Receptionist on desk was very accommodating and she got kids access to pool in the hotel next door and also gave us free breakfast vouchers which was really appreciated. In hindsight I don't think it is a hotel for young kids if you are staying over a weekend due to issue with the pool and it is full of young people partying. Oh to be young again!!!!

Location was great, staff are great. Cadillacs are superb.

The rooms are a bit tired - the door on the mini bar was starting to fall off. The rooms weren't as clean as they should be but not enough for me to care.

High-level hotel equipped with all the comforts, perfectly located in a fantastic area of the city that is both quiet and safe, ideal for getting around on foot.

Several taxes related to California, West Hollywood, etc., totaling over 15%, were added to the booking rate. Honestly, it would be more transparent to know this in advance during the booking process to be aware of the final price. Additionally, parking costs $70 per day and is almost mandatory if you arrive at the hotel by car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mondrian, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like gold, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The room was stunning, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I had a great view of the city and the skybar pool below from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed a great night's sleep every night. The amenities at the hotel are top-notch. The skybox pool and lounge area was a nice place to relax in the mornings and party in up in the afternoons, so fun!

Mondrian is back ! This hotel is a landmark, and with Covid, it had really gone down hill. But it is defenetly back ! Including a gorgeous new restaurant stretching half in and half outside, on the pool area. This new restaurant includes a very nice patio bar, more upstream and "calmer" than the Skybar. Yes it is still a party hotel, yes crowds have changed, or maybe I am just getting older. But so great to see Mondrian back on track.

Huge rooms, great location and efficient staff

Lights and power in our room were interconnected so if you turned off the lights you couldn’t charge your phone and vice versa. Think there was a wiring issue with this particular room. That being said, the Mondrian did offer for us to change rooms and they also deducted the early check-in fee for the inconvenience (without me having to ask)

Iconic West Hollywood hotel, the rooms are large enough to not feel closed in. Most have a view that's worth taking in. The staff is not only lovely, they're helpful -- from the parking valets to the front desk, gift shop to restaurant. Beyond the infamous Sky Bar, the restaurant is California inspired. Delicious and a room that is worth lingering in. AND you're across from the Comedy Store, but in walking distance of almost anything you could need.

Sometimes there's a wait for the elevators if you're on a higher fall.
