It is where we stay when we visit my daughter in San Diego- good breakfast and friendly staff

Bookings.com! I will never use it again. We went down for four nights but decided not to stay the last night. The hotel staff was willing to t o refund our money but we had to go through Bookings - they tired to reach you by phone and computer- I tied to reach you- they even sent next door to a different hotel to see if we could reach you on their computer- we had to eat the $$ - at least the hotel comped us parking because they felt bad

Surprise- Charged $10.00 /DAY parking. Then if you came in late evening you were lucky if you could find a spot. Two hotels next to each other with limited parking not good. Have had that problem before staying here but the parking fee will make me look for somewhere else next trip. One desk clerk spoke broken English which was impossible for me but the wife could make most of it out.. He tried to be very helpful but with communication problem for me he was not helpful.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet and spacious. Did not get a chance to use the pool.

Shower clogged on first attempt. Wife had to leave and walk down the hall in a towel to rinse in a vacant room while it was being fixed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. I met friends at restaurants every day. I lived in San Diego for 30 years and moved out of state. Every time I come back to San Diego I try to stay at this hotel mainly because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. It’s also handy to the places I want to go.

Sometimes parking is an issue here, but now that it’s monitored better, it’s a little better.

My daughter was there for an ice skating competition and the staff cheered her on. She was so excited about their support.

Everything was fine.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay a very comfortable one. I needed a couple more days and they were very full and still accommodated me.

It is in a good place, it is adequate and comfortable except for the bathroom.

When I bathe, the water runs out into the local bathroom area when leaving, it can cause an accident. It would be advisable to buy a mat that causes the water to leak out.

Clean

The room smelled old. Maybe keep rooms smelling more pleasant and not like an old smokers room.

My overall experience here for my short stay was great. It was clean, breakfast was good, and location was nice.

small parking lot tight spaces shared by another hotel and possibly nearby restaurant patrons. charged $20 to park. I won’t stay here again simply for that reason.
