Stayed for a memorial to family in Grandview. Hotel was clean,new and equipped for all your needs. Breakfast was great and convenient wish they kept it open a bit later. Room was excellent with couch and lounge. Highly recommend a stay here. Nice to have shopping plaza right next to the hotel with varied options to eat.

Breakfast closed at 9. Should be opened till at least 10. Not everyone like to rise early. Also not allowed to take anything to room.

The room layout was spacious and well lit.

The breakfast was lazy and not tasty. The front desk guy was the attendant of breakfast kept bringing out everything but what was asked for. Not even filling up the waffle maker batter as the only viable choice to eat. I just had dry cereal…the gravy was brought out cold and remained cold…the bread was hard as a rock. Let the staff know and it was not even fixed. So I went out for breakfast everyday.

The breakfast was limited with some good choices to kick off your day. Fresh fruit was great. The room was very clean and the front desk staff and breakfast team were helpful.

More breakfast options. The neighbouring room were fairly noisy and this interfered with some of our comfort, although this was not the fault of the staff.

The rooms were clean ( newer hotel) and everything worked. The sleeper sofa was fine for the 8 year old.

The breakfast looked sketchy and we got ill after eating a little of it. The bed was pretty firm, but I'm a bit picky there. They won't clean the room during a two night stay, which is fine, but they didn't restock the coffee and tea. That is a pet peeve of mine.

I didn’t like that they wanted to me to pay extra for my husband when I got a king bed. I also don’t like they don’t consider the let out bed as a place to sleep.

Close access to I-49 with plenty of food options nearby

Close to 1-49. A lot of noise coming from the highway. We had a room that faced the highway. Lots of loud vehicles. Might have been better if we had a room on the other side of the property.

I really liked that the property was close and easy access to my daughters school. It was a clean and neat lobby and entrance. The staff was very kind, helpful, and polite. The room was clean and cool.

The towels had some permanent stains. The tv stations were hard to get to and there was no paper guide to help.

Hot breakfast. With juices, coffee, breads, with waffles and pancakes maker on the spot.

Egg paddies and sausage links were dry and hard. Didn’t replenish breads and rolls very often. Breakfast shut down too soon on Sunday morning. A couple of the towels had a stain.

Breakfast was ok. Good not great. Plenty of options and food. Same breakfast both days. I prefer some variety. The rooms were very clean and very big. Comfortable bed. The bathrooms were big and clean. Really nice room. The hallways were also clean and nice. Same with the lobby and breakfast area.

The room was very clean. The lady who was working at the front desk when we checked in was fabulous: friendly, helpful, efficient. My daughters loved the lemon infused water in the lobby.

The breakfast was average. The coffee at breakfast was not good.
