It was a great stay, just unfortunate they were doing cleaning while we were there but they were very nice cleaners and they did good work our floors weren’t very wet at all when we came back to the hotel later that evening. The water was off one morning and we were informed the water wasn’t operational. Yes unfortunate definitely not the hotel or any fault. The hotel was great they gave us as much water as we needed and was cool calm and collected throughout the unfortunate situation. Some other people were upset at the front desk clerk for something he couldn’t control. I respect the front desk man he was great at keeping his composure and did what he could to help. The water was turned back when we arrived that evening and everything else was great till we checked out. Great place for on a budget as well.

It was very clean from the lobby to the room.no complaints. Staff was professional and had positive attitudes. I also liked that it was right off the hwy

The beds were not comfortable and neither were the pillows. I’ve stayed on many hotels and these beds were the least comfortable for the price. I did not like that breakfast was an extra charge especially for the prices of the room it should be included

Good location. Clean rooms.

We had an issue where supposedly they reversed my payment since we went half on the stay my room mate and I. But I never got in bank and they kept running my card to take out money again. They tried so many times that my bank put fraudulent notice and blocked my card. We were out of town and unable to use any money I had saved.

Great location, pretty spacious hotel. The room was clean. Even though the hotel was PACKED for a family reunion, it was fairly quiet. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience.

The only thing we really didn't care for was not the fault of the hotel at all. There were multiple events happening at the hotel the weekend we were there. There were so many unattended kids running all around the hotel we got run into multiple times...again this was no fault of the actual hotel, just frustrating to have to deal with.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the size, the comfort, and the fact that I could get food delivered to my door. I felt like I had privacy as well as I could keep an eye on my vehicle from my room.

I was not too fond of the overpriced water and soda. I didn't stay long enough to experience the facility to have a deeper opinion of what I didn't like.

From the moment I walked in the lobby the customer service rep was a delight. She made several recommendations for dining that were within close proximity and had ample parking b c we were towing a car with a U-Haul. She gave us great directions on where to park our moving truck etc. AND THEN the room was beyond expectations for the price. We stayed in more expensive hotels that were disgusting. I wish we could’ve stayed longer !

Not a thing. We stayed at so many raunchy places this property seemed like the Taj Mahal!

We stayed here while in the process of buying a house and renovating. It became a lengthy stay and I’m so happy worn out choice to stay at this hotel. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My only con for the trip is that the room didn’t have a microwave. But I do know some rooms do. And a staff member came around asking is each room had one so I think they’re working on it.

Convenient to everything we want to do. Plenty of space for us and our dog.

A little short staffed- our room was not cleaned properly. I had to move the big chair/loveseat to get something that rolled under it. There were old wrappers, crumbs, and plastic pieces under there.

Nice location, nice decor, comfy bed and nice towels. Also great AC!

A lot of marijuana smoke smell through out the halls but our room did not smell and it was clean comfortable. Wish they still had a hot tub like their pictures.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Impressed that guests could use balconies if room had one. 24 hour front desk staff is helpful.

Maybe have discount for breakfast with multiple stays or some sort of incentive program to return. Also, if traveling from out of town, maybe have some sort of surrounding area information - like attractions to visit or places to eat- could be in a brochure or could be electronic (like a QR code) in rooms
