The ladies running breakfast were wonderful. Each morning the area was sparking clean and the food was hot and fresh. My daughter and I made waffles, I had an omelet and potatoes one day, and biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs on the last day. The room was clean and housekeeping did a nice job tidying on our second day. There's a water fountain/filling station downstairs which we really appreciated. We filled our water jugs before driving home.

We had a connecting room and we could open it which freaked us out a bit. Other than that, nothing negative to say!

Location was close to the airport, so good. Breakfast was great, as always.

The TV in our room was on with my name on it when we entered. We tried to turn it off, but only succeeded doing so by unplugging it. The young woman at the front desk moved us to the next room, but it happened again! The front desk woman was the only person on duty, so she had to run back and forth to our third-floor room.

-The beds were very firm. Great for me, not so great for my husband who prefers a softer mattress. -Free breakfast was decent. -Appears to be a newer hotel. -Hotel was centrally located to all the places we needed to be; near freeway access.

-$50.00/night security deposit. -Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear EVERYTHING. Our family was there for 3 nights. We heard our neighbor snoring loudly the whole time. -Housekeeping is every other day.

We travel for competitive dance and this was by far the nicest hotel in three seasons! Beautiful, clean, smelled great, outdoor facilities were clean and litter free. I believe the young lady that checked us in was named Tasha and she was the best part! Amazingly sweet, helpful, accommodating and started a conversation with my kids that left them BEAMING. She is a treasure!

Breakfast was incredible. I especially loved the woman hosting us. She was warm, welcoming and was taking around warm biscuits- fresh from the oven. How very kind!

I booked the room knowing nothing about Kansas City and was nervous that it would be…let’s just say not the best. I was pleasantly surprised to see how new the hotel was! Clean, safe, easy to find, close to access for everything that we wanted to do in Kansas City. I will recommend this property! Next time, I’ll bring my pets. Website said no pets but they are actually allowed. I could have remedies this with a quick phone call but that’s fine!

Everything was great!

I loved how accessible the pool and the gym were. Always clean, and the breakfast was better than any I have had before in a hotel. Kudos to Jaqueline!

It was far away from everything, so it required a rental car. So it is perfect for people who don't want to be close to any shopping or neighborhoods.

I liked that my grandchildren had a fun time and it was close to family in KC. I looked for a hotel that met the needs of closeness to family, a pool, and free breakfast.

I feel like the breakfast could have had better choices.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The ladies at the desk were super friendly and welcoming in. Check in was fast and easy. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and breakfast was hot and delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

No chair in room except for desk chair.. we cooked some food, but no place for second person to sit. Quite noisy as many emergency vehicles were always going onto nearby highway. Too expensive for what you got.
