Upstairs room was very quiet. I didn't even hear any airplanes, even though the airport is nearby. The room was very large, with plenty of space to work and relax. The beds were very comfortable. Two mini split AC units in the room kept us plenty cool. Check in was fast and easy and I was able to park very close to our room.

The property is older, so there are signs of age and wear on the outside of the building. But we didn't mind at all, as the value was excellent for the price. A radio blasting near the pool and loud gardening equipment at 7:30am may bother some guests.

We traveled with a large dog and were pleased to find a very roomy room that was comfortable for us as well as our dog. Outside there is even a pet area so the facility definitely is pet friendly.

I would suggest management put up a fence around the designated pet area so we didn't have to keep him on a leach. And then I would recommend that they advertise more about how pet friendly they are. For sure other pet travelers would chose their place first. When traveling, we always have a problem finding a room that is comfortable with our pet, but this place was great.

access card not working 5 times during the stay, each time you have to go back to the reception, wait the line and repeatedly explain everything again and again retention of the security deposit for 10 days after our departure noisy fan of the air-condition could not be switched off you book for 5 people but you have to sign, that you are no more than four

I only spent one night here, but I was impressed! The room was surprisingly big, which is a great plus. I was also allowed to leave my bag for two days while I went on a tour, without any extra charge – such a kind gesture. The staff are indeed very friendly and welcoming, which made my short stay even better. Highly recommended!

A free bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch, but overall I was very happy with my stay.

Affordable, great location. Even though the airport is very close you don’t even notice the sound of the low airplanes flying by. We were there for a concert and were at a driving distance of 8 minutes from the sphere

I don’t think there was anything I disliked. My husband noticed the door was not very secure because the lock latch was kind of loose but it wasn’t a big deal for me as it fulfilled its purpose.

My son and I spent Christmas Eve here after the troubles with Southwest Air flight cancellations. We arrived at midnight after a long day and check in was easy. All we wanted were two beds to sleep in. It seemed to be in a somewhat remote part of town (don't really recall) but it was very quiet and my son was able to walk to a 24 hour fast food place to get some much needed food.

Retention of a $75 security deposit for three weeks

Location of hotel was great; really close to Vegas strip. Staff was friendly and accommodating when my friends and I needed extra towels etc. We all had a very comfortable stay for three nights while we were there. Price was affordable.

There’s not really anything I can say about the stay that we all didn’t like. Checking in was a breeze, no hassle. Room was clean and tidy. We had a nice open view of the pool. The on-site food from the bar and grill was very good. Prices were doable. Overall we would come back to stay.

The proximity to the Strip is within walking distance. The room was spacious and the staff responded to our request for additional towels and coffee pods. The gym was excellent, convenient and definitely worth using whilst staying. Too cold to swim in any of the 3 pools but would love to come back to test them. Car parking was great.

A soft bed topper is required for the pull-out couch bed. The television position and size could be improved, to enable viewing from either the couches or the beds, as required.

Apartment was comfortable, yet it lacked utensils and chairs for 4 persons - but we were aware of that from other opinions, and it wasn't that bad, especially if you're spending most of the time outside the hotel. Location is very convenient, it's a walking distance or short ride from the Strip, yet not close enough to be noisy. We booked in advance and got really good deal, overall experience was very good and I'd recommend staying there.

My card was charged multiple times without a reason, despite of reception staff assurance it won't. The staff was very helpful, and it got solved fast yet whole experience was bit stressfull.

Could park right next to room. (Because I asked for it; it’s not true for all rooms.). Location across the street from expo.

Too many, too severe, speed bumps. West driveway gated for no reason, forcing us to go over triple the number of speed bumps (or go against one-way in lot). Single-ply toilet paper, seriously?
