I like that it was nice and clean and a staff at the front desk was really nice. It was sort of quiet but all in all it was nice.

Now what I didn’t like is that I did request for housekeeping to come and clean my room and when I did leave for the day, I saw housekeeping and let them know that I was leaving and when I got back, Marvel wasn’t cleaned at all my bed the bathroom Towel was still on the floor. and I called downstairs to let them know that my room was not clean they asked was it anything that they could give me that I would need for the night and I told him no there wasn’t plus someone was knocking on the wall and stuff in their feet at night so I don’t know what that was all about.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. I was visiting Las Vegas with my partner and daughter and needed to find a hotel that was clean, safe and didn't smell like smoke like all the rest of Las Vegas does. From the moment of check in, until check out, this hotel hit all the marks. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure is shower was wonderful, the pool was clean, no drunks or screaming kids and the other guests were all respectful. The bonus was the breakfast! I was expecting the usual cold cereal, fruit and muffins, but this was a full on breakfast I would have ordered at a restaurant. I was very impressed overall and would recommend this hotel to anyone especially if traveling with family.

I am from California, and have to work in Las Vegas periodically. I enjoy your property because, though it is in Las Vegas, it has not "Vegas" tourist traffic and is quieter than locations near the center of the city and strip. Everyone is polite, asks how my stay is, portray gratitude that I chose to stay at Hampton inn.

Nothing that I could see from my experience

The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family needs. Our last hotel experience was not great because the pool and hot tub were both freezing. So this was amazing for us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The mattresses were not as comfortable as I expected but they weren’t bad. That was the only “complaint”

The property was spotlessly clean. The room was a decent size and felt modern. Shampoos/lotions etc were quality. The breakfast had a good variety, for a meal on the run. The window opened allowing fresh air in!

Bed soft and I didn't enjoy the bedding combo of duvet inner sandwiched between synthetic coverlet and sheet. Also seen at another Hilton property we recently stayed in.

The hotel is very clean. We had requested a room close to an elevator or the front door I called on my way down for an early check-in. I said that would not be possible nor did they have a room right by the elevator and then she says oh, I found one, but upon arrival the hotel room they wanted to put us in Was way down the hall search for several attempts they found us a room close to the door. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is quiet in its way in the back of a cul-de-sac. However, with that being said, the hotel is pretty quiet there were people out in the pool past 11 o’clock in our room was by the pool other than that it was a delightful stay.

The staff were welcoming. I was able to check in 30 minutes before. Surprisingly they were just finishing cleaning up the room so that was even better ( linen was definitely fresh bc they smelled a little like bleach lol). The ac was on upon arrival (memorial weekend so you know it was warm out). It was peaceful; you don’t hear people up and down the hallways; no ordinary noises that you’ll hear when you’re staying at a hotel not even the person from upstairs so that was a definitely plus. Enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

A very nice but expensive motel. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. We stayed in room 244. The breakfast was good though not as nice as I expected. The staff were very efficient and helpful.

The noise from the Interstate was overwhelming. Make sure you stay in a room that doesn’t face the Interstate. The free WiFi requires that you register your name and email address or they charge for internet.

It was my first time in Las Vegas for a vacation and I am so happy I chose this hotel. It’s incredible value for that price. It’s exceptionally clean, rooms are spacious and modern, wifi is fast I didn’t have any issues, staff is very nice and helpful and I also loved the breakfast!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. All of the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was a nice variety.

The only thing which is minor is there could have been more of a central/main lighting. There was only a switch for light in the walkway/entrance and then lamps by the beds and corner of the room.
