I liked the view at the Vue!! The amenities are great at this hotel… very nice heated swimming pool and an ok workout area. I like the hotel connection… took me to Ballys.

I absolutely hated the elevator!! When I arrived it was stuck. Got it working. Then the next day people was actually stuck on it. Then the wait for the elevator. Listen… if the elevator is going up and you’re trying to go down… get on that elevator because ain’t no telling when the next one will come. Floor surf til you can reach whatever floor ya like. I get it though 23 floors… all I’m saying is the elevator situation is not the greatest and is the only thing possibly halting me from staying again.. MAYBE! It depends lol

Great location. The chicken& waffles at the Tewnties restaurant was outstanding.

The mattresses were old and saggy. The shower was old with some very minor upgrades. I saw a large roach in the swimming deck. The snack shop has irregular hours (mostly closed). The vending machines are highly overpriced. The pool hours said till 10pm but the attendant put us out at 9:45pm.

They canceled the booking I made with you, and managers rebooked it. NOW they charged me twice in 1 room and will be waiting for refund, they said it will take 7 days.i will wait for it. Hope they will refund me🥲 from Canada here..wish me luck for my refund.

It was a great location and we loved the roof top bar.

The elevators were horrible! Only 3 out 5 were working and they moved extremely slow. They day of check out after waiting 20 mins for an elevator and it still didn’t come we took the stairs but had to walk 15 flights down. Absolutely ridiculous.

The parking it’s expensive per day, the room service it’s really bad, elevator waiting too long and the pool needs repair since last year I was there.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were beautiful.

The elevators took so long we opted for the stairs a few times. They have 5 on the main floor but it appears only 3 are in working condition. That needs to be fixed assp.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but the room size was pretty good. The hotel room as a whole was clean besides finding some stains on the beds.

I didn't like how we got charged for multiple different tax amounts such as a luxury room tax when I didn't even have a luxury room. I got charged three different taxes and a "NJ Tourism Fee" when I'm not a tourist to NJ. I also didn't like how it felt unsafe to walk to the beach without having multiple people with me because of how many homeless people there were right outside the hotel. I stayed Friday-Sunday and on all three days I seen people shooting up with drugs and being passed out or overdosing in the hotel parking.

The fact that the elevators took forever or wasn't working. A no microwave in the room like some other hotels

I had my 60th birthday party at the hotel. Last year and we went there for Halloween. Then I stayed there this year. Saturday night we went to bed early and woke up at 1am to kids partying next door to my room, I called the desk to send someone up to tell them to be quiet. They sent up a security and the kids did not pay no mind to her so we called again and the same they did not pat any attention to her so we were up for the whole night listening to these loud kids. I slept for 2 hours and drove home, 6 hours away. I'm a disabled veteran. This stay really bothered me and my family. I would like a call from the manager to rectify this matter. Joe miceli.

Easy check-in\checkout, historic place, indoor pool, gym, connects to Bally's, fair price, 5 minutes from the beach, and was given a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view.

Not expecting too much, but room was pretty basic as any you'll find anywhere. For such an historic hotel, I'd expect at least some minor accommodations. Such as maybe continental breakfast. And though I know they're "going green" which is a good thing for the environment and all, but some toiletries would be nice, and also due to the going green pledge, the air conditioner/fridge are not cold whatsoever. A microwave would've came in handy too. Also, the pool is small for so many guests, way too warm for the summer, and the exercise room is small/hot, had a broken handle on one of the main weight machines, and the water jug was completely empty. For the price and location though, it's a pretty good deal.
