My daughter & I had to stay here for 1 night, 22 Jan 2025, due to our heating unit at home going out. We had just gotten snow the night before, & last night the temperature was to be 13 degrees. I was leary about staying here for I know how bad it use to be, like 20-30 years ago. My daughter said she was there to see a friend & it was nice. I knew they had done a lot of work to it a few years ago. When a place has a bad reputation it's hard to break away from it. But I booked the room. They allow pets, & my daughter has a service dog. They did not charge us for the dog but there was a small cleaning fee. They did not accept my card, for I have chime, but they do accept cash. Which is great for not alot of hotels accept cash. Check-in was extremely easy. The front desk staff for check-in & check-out were very polite & professional, very friendly. The front desk area is very clean & inviting. They do offer breakfast & drink & snack machines & coffee. That area was very clean, organized, & relaxing. We got to our room, & I checked everything!! The last hotel we stayed at was a true nightmare! So I was nervous but was soon put at ease. There was no major issues with the room. Both double beds were clean, no stains, no bed bugs, no roaches, & very comfortable! The cover on the bed was of better quality than most hotels & offered 3 very nice pillows for each bed. The overall of the room was up to date, very clean, the bathroom was very clean & offered plenty of towels & extra toilet paper. This was our 1st hotel that had absolutely NO BUGS!! There wasn't even any dead bugs in the corners! We were highly impressed with that. The room also offered a microwave & mini fridge & small coffee pot with the cups & coffee, sugar, Creamer & stirs. If we ever need to stay in another hotel in town, this will be our 1st choice!!

There is only 3 things. 1. There was a used dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod. Not a big deal. It was against the wall, and easily overlooked or forgotten. 2. The toilet moved. It moved or leaned forward when you sat on it, and when you got up, it would hit the wall behind it. Not a big issue, just needs to be tightened down. That happens with every toilet over time. 3. The front door of microwave is missing the glass. The wire mesh inside it is there, but there is no glass around it. Needs a new microwave.

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very nice, mostly quiet, we had a bit of noise from the room above us but it quieted down around 10pm so it was okay. We loved that we had a door to the outside garden area because we were on the first floor. The garden area with the pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The beds were a little hard for our taste. The gentleman that checked us in was not very approachable.

This hotel is great for the most part. It is in the same parking lot as the town mall. It’s not wow, it’s older. But it is very clean, tv/microwave new it works! Air conditioner was perfect. The pool is also taken care of! The best part is that their breakfast is like the pre-pandemic breakfast it has fresh fruit, (each individually wrapped) waffles, yogurt, tea, coffeee, cereal! Worth the price! Can get busy on weekends nights but for the most part quiet.

So far ok, I came back to check in to this same place and both times it’s been great.

Room keys kept deactivating. Keep the rm keys away from your phone and watch the stores do not pass it thru the scanners holding it. The fix was easy. The front desk handled it well, I was just glad there weren't any customers in line, and I just walked right up to the counter 👍🏽

The professionals at this facility ensure safe and comfortable accommodations. One individual that comes to mind is Mr. O'Neal's. His commitment to duty and attention to details saved me a considerable amount of time n money. On two separate occasions Mr. O'Neal recovered my missing n misplaced items. First my Military ID card which he found in the parking area, next, my cell phone which he recovered in the lobby. I say" bravo to Mr. O'Neal job well done" Thank you sir

Doors are closed walls thin

This property surprised me, I assumed because it is located near the mall a busy part of Fayetteville it would be one of those poor managed hotels. But boy was i amazed! Front office staff was courteous, room was clean, yummy breakfast, well maintained parking lot. Definitely coming back for more stays! They were great!

I stayed one night so it was good for just that!

The hotel was was near a lot of businesses. I did not have a car and was able to walk. Restaurants and The Mall was a stone throw away.

The TV. Was not able to change the channel without going through all the channels to watch what I wanted. Has to keep going up or down with the channel button.

I like that property is near everything and has gym and pool for visitors. My room was semi clean. Everything clean except the floor it definitely look like it need to be mop. That was the first thing I noticed when I got in there.

I didn’t like the fact that I could see that the floor wasn’t clean

The breakfast area was very nice and clean and offered a good selection of food items. The sitting area was also very nice and clean.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I felt they had a breakfast area that exceeded my expectations for a budget friendly hotel.

I loved the privacy...the staff were very helpful.. great southern hospitality, convenient location...a little noisy bc of the traffic but only during rush hour...

The walls are very thin..you can hear conversations,foot steps, loud noises, coming from upstairs mostly but sometimes on the same floor...alot of unnecessary noise....also TV is very difficult to access or connect plus you have to have your own streaming accounts to watch tv...like Netflix, Hulu, etc, get rid of the early check in fee...nobody wants to check into their room at 3pm when their paying that amount of money for one night...need to start check in at noon...
