This property is beautiful, cleanly, wonderful breakfast, and great rooms! We didn’t have any complaints. Free coffee, tea & hot cocoa downstairs all day & night was so awesome! We forgot razors & qtips but they thankfully provided them. Front desk staff was also super friendly and helpful also, which was an added bonus! Breakfast was Delicious and lasted from 6am-10am which was perfect! I would definitely stay here again! The pool was small but nice! Fulfilled our need to swim!

The elevator scared me a few times, but it was ok! Just made me nervous haha. The pool was nice, but I would have loved if they had a hot tub. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back though! Wonderful place, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here.

The place was good. The location was also very easy to get to being right off the highway. Then getting to attractions from the hotel was easy as well with the side road that filtered into the main road.

A side entrance would be nice due to the swing bridge traffic holding up everyone getting to the property. My son also advised me the "free" internet cost $5 so I told him not to use it. I never checked behind him on this though.

Location is close to everything you need, friendless of the staff and the cleanliness was 100%. Will definitely be back again for future trips.

I have to say the one and only thing that I did not like at all was the parking. We like to do the beach at night as well during the day. The only thing if you were out past 10 or 11 pm, there would be no parking spots available.

The breakfast was good although I had to complain at the fest about the person was burning the cheese omelets and I had to mention the the female in the kitchen was loud and banging things. She was unapproachable. We stayed in room 404 for 4 days and that room should have 2 chairs.

The pool was cold not only the pool but the room itself was cold I did talk to the desk and the next day was better. I did my homework before going on the different rooms you have. I did notice a room not to far from me I think it was 414 it was a separate bedroom and living space I really did like that room and went to the desk to inquire and was told that it is a random pick and that’s all. She had no answer when I asked her why wasn’t this suite on your site. I was upset about the coffee was to strong every day and I was told by the help to just add water. You really need to change coffee companies

EXCELLENT coffee service and coffee availability!! Great breakfast included. Excellent accessibility from major roads. Staff was great. The housekeeping personnel were helpful and friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable.

My only constructive comment is the carpet in my room was badly stained in a small area. Nothing else was less than satisfactory.

It was very clean. The breakfast was good. The location was great. The staff were friendly & nice!

There was only 1 elevator working. We were told the 2nd elevator has been broke for several months. This needs to be fixed or the only elevator working will soon be broke. This hotel was packed with people and to have 1 elevator working is not good.

The staff extremely friendly and the facility was nice. The front staff went out of their way to make fresh coffee and refilled the hot water for the lobby when we arrived.

The pool was closed and the stove/oven was broken for breakfast selections.

I love that the location was close to my event, and the breakfast was really good

I did NOT like the view from my room. It was a stone brick wall & not the water front. Not even the view of other things. Just big brick wall.

The breakfast was great, one morning there was grits, pities, eggs, sausage on the menu, 2nd morning there was grits, bacon, scrambled eggs, and of course waffles, very good choices to choose from.

The juice machine did not work but we improvised.

It was close to the beach but that was not why we were there.

I was surprised that parking cost extra. I know it was to keep people going to the beach away but we were not there to go to the beach.
