Friendly breakfast hostess!!!!!! Location...this was our 2nd time staying at this location on a trip to NC, halfway point. Rooms were quiet even that close to interstate.

Attire worn by front desk clerks need to be more professional....looked like anyone off the street. As a retired manager, 1st impressions set the mood for the visit and I always made sure my associates were well groomed and in uniform.

The fact that the employees and establishment were on top of making sure the room was well taken care of. The constant cleanliness of the room every day and make sure the stay was comfortable made it feel homey and amazing.

Breakfast being a bit repetitive and tedious. At times the potatoes were dry as well as the eggs, but it was a good breakfast overall.

This hotel is in the middle of renovations. However, we did not feel that it was lacking in any area. The people working at this hotel are so down home nice and thoughtful. We will be back as we are looking for retirement property in the area.

pulling into parking lot is a bit of a challenge with no turn lane if coming off I 40

Breakfast was above average but not excellent. It was the same every day. Rooms were very comfortable. Liked the sofa in the room.

Breakfast being the same each day. Not enough variety when you you spend a week there.

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast that I ever enjoyed.The lady that prepared it I personally thanked.

We were there when it was very cold. The exercise room was well equipped but the room didn’t have much heat.

Staff sweet self people

Dehumidifier running in the hall next enter,our rugs felt stick damp. It smeledl like an old building. In defense I did see updates. Hairdryer didn't work. But the owner was on property he got a remote that worked and brought to us.

breakfast and the lady who serve the breakfast was very kind and very caring about maintaining everything clean.

Wi-Fi into the room was bad. I had to go to the lobby to work for 3 hours instead my room.

Great place. We go there same time every year for family reunion. Staff is always so nice, so accommodating and efficient.

The eggs, sausage and potato tots were not good at all. The waffle and biscuits and gravy were good. Everything else was good also.

The chair in my room at the desk had a broken back.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean!

The breakfast wasn’t the best but it’s hotel breakfast. However the lady who served the breakfast was so nice!
