There was a TV Channel card in the room which said breakfast was from 6-9:30. It was from a previous owner but it was still there. I also specifically looked around the lobby and in the breakfast area and there was no signs up about the breakfast times. We went to get breakfast at 9:20 and the desk clerk was finishing up washing up the breakfast stuff and just stated breakfast was over at 9 with a that’s that attitude like we should know that. She did go get us a couple of pears after she got done cleaning up because I asked for them. She was not apologetic about it and just said those cards were from an owner about 4 owners ago so we should just know the information wasn’t necessarily accurate since the owner name on the card wasn’t the same as the current owner. So we did have to drive a mile or so out of our way to buy a cheap McDonalds breakfast which we didn’t plan on spending time or money on. Otherwise the location and facilities were wonderful.

It was clean, it didn’t smell bad. There air and tv and frig coffee maker all worked properly. You just need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner conditioner and maybe a towel and tissue . But shower was nice and clean with hot water. There breakfast is pretty boring not much of nothing. And they got one coke machine on the bottom floor and ice machine on bottom floor. Which has a washing machine. I had 3 teenagers with me and we all enjoyed the place. Also had my parents come get a room beside us and they thought there one bed room was pretty small but they did t complain about nothing so I guess they enjoyed there trip as well. We will be staying again when we visit parsons Tennessee

they charge you $25 to check in early. Which I think is crazy so it cost $50 for all of us to check in a few hours early. What’s the point of that charge when you already have me as a customer you just wanna raise my bill, wonder where the extra money goes?? We had rooms 223 an 212 they were pretty comfortable

We were only staying the night in transit. I was hesitant because some of the past reviews were less than good. But I found it to be quite comfortable. And RIGHT NEXT DOOR to Cracker Barrel. How can you go wrong! :-)

By 8 am, the continental breakfast was pretty empty, only two muffins and some cereal left. Only one luggage cart and it was broken. Lighting could have been better.

I loved the location. The room was quiet and very.clean. the beds were comfy. The breakfast was not even dignified to ah e called.that. a few blueberry muffins, Tang, milk and 2 cereals, coffee, and waffles. Toast but no butter or jelly. That's it. Very disappointing. Staff was nice. Parking was good.

The staff was very friendly, positive, and helpful. The room was very recently renovated nicely. Great experience Located well close to interstate and shopping and eating places

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, I had to buy some cleaning products to kill some mold. They didn't clean my room, change the sheets, no new towels or replace soaps and shampoo in the bathroom.

I really appreciate the peace and comfort that I felt . No one bothered me there's no loud ruckus or people fussing or fighting at the place of business I really recommend someone to try a weekend there

breakfast had some variety & was better than my last choice of hotel in Jackson. nothing hot like eggs bacon or sausage just cold cereal oatmeal or waffles. had bananas.

would have liked a hot breakfast. did have oatmeal. cracker barrel is next door so that was a plus.

I liked that it was clean and the staff was really nice. I also like that the hotel was near a few good places to eat and shop.

I didn't like the fact that even after you make your payment online you have to pay extra money once you get there and don't get it back.
