The clean crisp environment. It was great to have my dog there. Very nice breakfast.

How heavy the doors were. I had difficulty getting the room door open to get the luggage rack in. Larger luggage racks would be greatly appreciated. Having to go back and forth to the car was a hassle.

The gal at the front desk was incredibly kind, the lobby area was clean, and the room was simple and perfect for a single night of sleep. Closely located to a shopping area, movie theater, and restaurants.

We didn’t dislike anything.

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. I also liked the size of the TV.

I tried to blow-dry my hair, and it blew a fuse. I missed having a coffee maker in our room.

Very close to highway. Cars and loud trucks woke us up multiple times even though we were on the 4th floor.

The room and staff were amazing. My daughter loved the pancakes at breakfast.

The room was a little warm even after lowering the air.

It was so clean and state of the art. We had food under the same roof which was so reassuring during the bad weather.
