Location is great for passing through to final location. This hotel is our first choice when passing through and we have stayed a few times now. The hotel is clean and seems to be serious about quiet time hours, which we appreciate. The breakfast is full of great choices.

Breakfast was on the struggle bus again. The very respectful man trying to keep up with the demand was by himself. This is the second time we have stayed and that was the problem. My thinking is assign an extra person during the busy weekend hours. It's not fair to the person being stuck by themselves nor people staying there.

The location is great. Parking available is convenient. Breakfast choices are plentiful! The size of the room/suite we booked was wonderful for the price. We were very happy with that. We had also booked more rooms for a family weekend and without requesting, the hotel put us all on the same floor. We really appreciated that.

We had the king room with kitchen suite. It was just what we needed on size and space. But it was not very clean at all. Bare minimum cleaning had been done and it showed.

Location, breakfast and cleanliness were great.

The walls must be thin or not insulated. We got a nasty call at 8:00 am telling us that we were being too loud. It was us and our 4 kids. They were maybe talking loud, but it was my sons birthday, he was excited. They weren't screaming or yelling. It was not a nice call either. She yelled at my husband. That kind of ruined our check out experience and left a bad taste in our mouths.

We had to wait 2 hours after check in time to get a room. I was exhausted: P here was never even an offer to compensate us. So I chose a different hotel on the way home sadly

LOVE THE FACT THERE IS A VARIETY FOR BREAKFAST.. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.. THE HALLWAYS & THE LOBBY IS VERY WELL KEPT TOGETHER ❤️.. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.. PLZZZZ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

My room was so big and was great for my mother, daughter and myself. After driving 10.5 hours that day I was ready to relax. The salt water pool was such a bonus. The barn door on the bathroom was such a cute bonus. The two ladies in the evening went above and beyond to assist me, especially the pregnant one.

The light switches in the room were very confusing and left us dark to use the restroom during the night. That was an experience I could have avoided. I think some of the people at the pool were not people staying in the hotel.

Easy access. Clean. Lots of amenities

We learned of the heated salt water pool upon arrival and were very much looking forward to using it. We went down to the local Walmart and bought suits… when we went down to use the pool the water was freezing. So that was disappointing.

Breakfast was ok. We have stayed in this exact same hotel before and was pleased. The bed was very comfortable!

Bathroom in room was a little dirty. The faucet in the bathtub didn’t work well when wanting a shower. The pool was gross, like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. No towels in the pool area.

Staff were very friendly, however more cleaning staff needed since our room was not available until 5p. "Quiet" room would have been more quiet if other guests were not noisy in the hallway. Breakfast was awesome!

Perfectly located right off the 40 in between Memphis and Nashville. Easy access to restaurants and fuel. I also would like to say thank you to the lovely clerk who was able to change our room to one with a working AC unit.

I think everything was fine.
