The location was great have stayed before.I wish i could say more about breakfast.I came down to breakfast around 10 i believe breakfast wasnt suppose to be over until 11.They was pretty much out of everything no eggs,biscuits,or pancake left.

The first room i was offered i was disapointed because the shower had mold.So i called the front desk and one of the staff member took care of me.I received a better room.

Convenient location to the baseball field

Ran out of towels Saturday night and was told I couldn’t get anymore, and no coffee after 9 pm. Also Sunday morning breakfast ran out of most everything. Plus the biscuits were still doughy. Booked with hotel to use late checkout as part of rewards incentive, the latest allowed checkout was 11:30. Not really a late check out.

After a evening working, upon return I wanted a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the lobby. All coffee makers were empty and what was in them was cold. I asked the front desk to make more, and they did quickly however, there were grounds in the coffee. disappointed and went to bed

I highly recommend this hotel! Comfortable bed! Breakfast freshly made and ample food for anyone. (although, I'm allergic to many food items. I wish they would have made fresh oatmeal) I was able to eat fresh fruit. Upon, arrival we were given a welcome bag that contained a snack and a bottle of water. We had driven 15 hours before choosing this hotel. Just that bottle of water makes the difference from other hotels.

One of the receptionists would not look at me when I asked her a question. She did answer it but I thought it was not very professional.

Comfortable beds and clean and nice size bathroom.

One of the desk clerks was rude by ignoring me when I approached the desk. She had apparently said something to the other clerk as I was coming in the door from the looks between the two. The second clerk was appropriate in the way she handled my check-in.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and easily accessible. The pool was pristine with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels. During our 3-night stay, we saw housekeeping disinfecting and thoroughly cleaning rooms as other guests checked out. Breakfast -included with our stay- was excellent!! Hot biscuits/gravy, eggs, and 2 choices of sausage were available every day. Hot cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins and toast were also available daily as well as cereals, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal. The styrofoam plates and grab-n-go tote bags made for quick on the go breakfast choices as well. This was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced. The location was very convenient-located right off the interstate and with ample fast food options nearby. In spite of the interstate being so close, the hotel was very quiet. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. There was a plastic bag placed over the smoke detector. One of the elevators was broken the first couple days so there was a wait to use it if you were trying to get to or from your room during their check in/out times.

Breakfast was out of certain foods I wanted.

I was getting off the elevator to go to breakfast and was met by a cleaning cart trying to enter…I couldn’t get out of the elevator. I politely said “excuse me, I need to get off first “ the employee said just a second, I can fit. I said well I need to get out first, she kept saying, no, I can fit. I again said, no, I need to get out first before you come in and then I made my way out. She was not happy and went off on a rant as the elevator closed. Maybe someone should tell her to let people off the elevator before she enters with a huge cart.

The display had variety, was well displayed and presented. Coffee was great! I have to give big KUDOS! to the young man working the front desk, he was the epitome of customer service.

Everything, I needed met my expectations.

The staff was exceptional! Anything we asked, they could accommodate our request: from where to safely park the 26-ft Penske truck with car trailer, to a place to put our frozen packs (for the travel cooler), what time breakfast: yummy and lots of variety, great location from the highway :) :) The facilities were comfortable, clean, and all worth the price.
