Convenient location

1) Dirty & stained towels 2) Shower curtain needed to be cleaned &/or replaced 3) Bathtub was disgusting & should have been deep cleaned & sanitised from months ago 4) There was no butter for the waffles or toast 5) Juice machine was not dispensing properly, I opened door to straighten plastic juice bag inside to try & correct the problem. I was grossly disgusted to see mold corroding the tips of where the juice flows down through to a cup. I want to let you know also that these clear violations existed over a year & a half ago when I had previously stayed at this hotel. I have also previously spoken with management about these problems. Wow.

It has to do with who/how you are greated with after walking in, Lewis was amazing!!!

Simple, no hassle motel. Plenty of parking, relatively quiet area and only 7-8 min from downtown Jackson.

My booking said breakfast included but they don't do breakfast. I wasn't expecting much but they don't do it at all at all. Hmm

Never eat the breakfasts so I wouldn’t know. The location is great .

The hotel the hallway the elevator the room everything was exceptional.

The complimentary breakfast was not available.

Need more cleaning up around there and breakfast was horrible

everything the room was nice in clean the bed is sooo comfy did not have any problems the staff is so nice did not get any back talk or anything thanks a lot.
